The first day I came to the praise I gave because I feel that the environment is pretty good, and then I renewed the room for 4 days and 4 days, I didn’t clean up and just changed the bedding. It’s really rascal. This hotel is riding a horse for 40 minutes to cheat you It costs us 120 dollars to wash the sand, just a motorbike. The two of us need 200 dollars to ride. But we went to the city center travel agency and asked for 17 dollars per person and I want to fly in the hotel. The hotel gave me a PAR 100 to make more money. In the US dollars, I was driven out by the airport and told me that I was not doing PAR. Then I asked the hotel to pay me compensation. They shirk the responsibility and said that I chose PAR. Is there something wrong with my plane instead of taking PAR? A bunch of rascals

Our second visit to this fabulous hotel and it was as fabulous as we remembered it. The hotel is incredibly grand, beautifully laid out and is Immaculately clean everywhere. Our room, although slightly dated, was spacious and clean and was serviced daily and we always had plentiful water and soft drinks. All staff we encountered were professional and welcoming and the beach bar staff were especially friendly and worked very hard serving drinks around the pool and beach areas. Special mention to the gardeners who were the happiest workers ever! Always with a smile and a wave and a genuine ‘good morning’. Justifiably proud of their hard work. Our biggest shout out goes to Omar the pool attendant who was wonderful, friendly and helpful every single day and ready and willing to help make us comfortable and welcome. When we were there (mid November) there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach although the sun had dipped by 4pm so if you’re a sun worshiper, get up early to make the most of it. The food was very good in every restaurant (we didn’t try Japanese but heard good feedback about it). It’s wonderful that the majority of a la carte restirants are included but you must book ahead. The spa, especially the massage rooms and relaxing areas was absolutely wonderful with extremely friendly and professional staff. I had 2 treatments with Donia and Marwa and was very happy with both. During the first few days we were approached many times around the pool by spa reps and others selling experiences etc and although they were persistent they accept if you politely decline. You are never hassled and in my experience if it wasn’t for them coming to the pool to tell us about the spa etc I may never have bothered booking and I would have missed a fabulous experience. The ‘shopping arcade’ next to the hotel is very limited with a slightly random collection of small shops. The WiFi connection was very hit and miss especially around the pool areas. Both of us had difficulty with connectivity. Inside the hotel it was always strong. One very minor issue is that we found the activity schedule was not advertised widely. Maybe for those who don’t mind accessing via an app etc it may have been clearer what was on and when but we never saw anything elsewhere around the hotel. Not a big deal and we could have asked for more information. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely come back.

Just completed my 8th Holiday at the Baron Palace at Sahl Hasheesh (South of Hurghada) on the Red Sea in Egypt for nearly 3 weeks in November 2024. I'm afraid I struggle to be impartial about this Hotel; because once again it delivers on all fronts.... If you are looking for a luxurious destination away from the centre of Hurghada, as a quiet and relaxing break - then this is the place for you.... As the old saying goes - you get what you pay for. If, however, you need a more active nightlife - then Hurghada, or Sahl Hashessh itself, would be more suited. There are multiple dining options including 6 a' la carte restaurants (all with exceptional food and outstanding service), as well as the Red Sea Main Buffet Restaurant. The choices at Breakfast are mind-boggling! There is also live music entertainment in front of the Latino Bar every night of the week. A new addition for 2024 is the fantastic "Serene Bar and Restaurant" built next to the Beach and overlooking the Red Sea. This is a really great addition, and with it's own gardens surrounding the split-level seating areas; an ideal location for evening drinks or afternoon meals. The entire complex, including all the panoramic gardens is pristine, and a tribute to all those who make it so.... It is definitely best to book as All Inclusive, as the drinks bill can add up quickly if you are Half Board. Naturally, this will also give you access to 5 of the a’ la carte restaurants. The Japanese Restaurant & Baron Club Lounge are extra charge unless you are a Premium booking. Generally, a place that you stay in is about facilities and the people who look after you. In respect of those who made my stay an even more memorable experience from start to finish; I would like to mention the following:- Michael & Mostafa @ Reception; Tatiana & Vivian & Anita & Emily with Guest Relations; and around the Hotel – Ahmad & Siddiq (Housekeeping), Danilyn & Erika & Joanna (Niche Bar), Ashraf & all (Seafood Restaurant), Mustafa & Mohamed (Italian Restaurant), Karim (Egyptian Restaurant), Abu & Mohamad (Mexican Restaurant), Ahmad (Thai Restaurant), Ana & Abdulla & Hisham (Serene), and my friends from many years – Mahmoud & Hatem at the Adult Pool. Finally, for his ever-smiling “Good Morning’s” Moner, who is part of the Gardens team…. Another genuine Five Star experience for me – 100% perfect weather and will be returning again at some point in 2025. Tip: From late October the Sun fades quite quickly after 4.45pm (but is strong from 08.00 am).

Beautiful hotel and setting. Food was great although restaurant service is a little slow at times, but as this was a relaxing break this didn’t bother me much. Due to time of year the pools were a bit cold so we sat around the quiet/adult pool as it was warmer. If you want a really relaxing break this is the place for you. Personally I wouldn’t return at this time of year as it was too quiet for me, I like to join in with things like aqua aerobics etc and nothing was on.

Zuvorkommend höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt mit sehr unterschiedlichen Grünpflanzen. Das Essen in den bedienten Restaurants ist sehr gut. Der Strand mit dem direkten Zugang zum kleinen Riff ist zu empfehlen.

Magnifique hôtel! Gentillesse , personnel de confiance ! Un grand merci à Vivien hôtesse réception qui ne manque aucune occasion de vous prodiguer service et sourire tout comme ses collègues . Bravo à l’équipe d’animation qui se démène à parler qqs mots de français ( ouf) petit bémol sur certaines chambres qui donnent sur odeurs cuisine, et sur les spectacles trop courts et peu attractifs pour un hôtel 5 étoiles!! All inclusive au top donnant accès aussi sur des restaurants internationaux à la cuisine « top chef » . Cadre de l’hôtel magnifique aux piscines qui rivalisent les unes aux autres.. (peut être voir les chauffer toutes et non pas qu’une seule : bain de mer guère praticable en cette période de l’année .propreté au top, merci au personnel s’entretient et aux jardiniers que l’on oublient parfois de mentionner mais qui nous comblent.

На ресепшене сразу предложили доплатить за хороший вид, якобы из нашего номера был плохой. Не ведитесь на эту уловку. Так же обязательно держите связь с гидом. Он пересылал сообщение на ватсап отеля о задержке рейса, но его никто не прочитал, хотя мы и обращались на рецепшн, не понимая, где обратный трансфер. В итоге мы скатались в аэропорт на отельном такси. Потеряли время, деньги и нервы. Кухня скудная и однообразная, от чего вскоре пропал аппетит и в впервые путешествуя all inclusive, удалось не только не набрать, но и потерять 2 кг веса. В баре на пляже есть бармен который открыто хамит, обсуждает вас, что и сколько вы пьёте. Все бармены кладут лимон в коктейль исключительно голыми руками. Ассортимент алкоголя узкий, но и его наливают, как из своего кармана. Жадность и низкий сервис в отеле абсолютно не соответствуют цене. Не только в этот отель, но и вообще в Хургаду больше не ногой. Слишком сыты местной алчностью и безалаберностью

После приятного визита Барон в Шарм эль шейхе, выбор пал на эту сетку в Хургаде. Мы сейчас проводим свой отпуск в этом отели. Первое впечатление испортил представитель тур компании Библио глобус, выпрашивая чаевые за тот сервис, который предоставляет отель совершенно бесплатно. После раннего заселения наше настроение полностью изменилось и мы стали наслаждаться пребыванием в отели. Отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить отзывчивость персонала, у моей подруги случилось неприятность с телефоном и была необходима беспроводная зарядка. Резидент менеджер лично подключился к нашей проблеме и привез свое личное устройство из дома. Который раз убеждаюсь что люди это самое главное в отпуске. Спасибо!
