The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

We had an amazing holiday at this brilliant hotel. Everything was perfect : staff, animation team, food, place, rooms and of course sandy beach 😍🥰. Specially very grateful to receptionist Ahmed ❤️❤️, he was extra helpful , friendly and polite. We are going to back next year

This hotel is worth recommending. The staff and the animation team very polite. Rooms very neat and the view is impressive. The restaurants are equally delicious, there is something for everyone. I love the pool and the spa. Highly recommend!!! 🍹🍹🍹

We had a very good time on this vacation! Also was the animation so friendly. They informed us for all activities. By the way the activities were so funny and entertaining. We had so much fun and wasn’t bored any time. We will come back in this hotel sure.

It was the first time I was in this hotel in Egypt and I must say that it is wonderful, everywhere is clean, wonderful staff, excellent food...we were there with my friends for 7 days and it was the most beautiful vacation. ..the animators were very friendly and it was a lot of fun with them... we will definitely go there again..

We were on vacation in June 2024. The hotel was nice, clean, all services at the hotel were excellent. The food included a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, and side dishes. Many thanks to the Czech animator Veronica for her approach. :)
