We had an amazing time at the Ancient Sands hotel. The facilities were amazing, great pools, good restaurant and very easy to move around from the hotel to the city center. The hotel provides you shuttle to and from the city center and they have an exclusive beach only for who is staying at the hotel.
The breakfast is also delicious!

Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service im gesamten Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Frisch zubereitetes und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen sowie familiäre und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit genug Orten für Ruhe und Entspannung. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Omar der uns super unterhalten hat.

Great hotel, good food, spacious rooms, excellent service generally. Khadija and Abdel always helpful, Magda and especially Zuzu fenomenal masseuses (different styles) and last but not least Omar a great entertainer (also with kids).

Omar is a cool guy, we did Zumba with him and it was very fun, it was a very nice place and food, the reception is very nice and friendly. The pools are very relaxing and nice. The buffet is very nice and lots of options. Nice view from the apartment.

Es war ein sehr netter Urlaub. Hotel ist okay und sauber. Essen ist auch okay. Preis Leistung alles in allem passt. Omar ist ein guter Animateur der immer viel Programm auf Lager hat. Anlage ist groß. Es wird besonders drauf geachtet, dass das Essensbuffet abwechslungsreich ist. Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett.

The resort is great am well maintained, food is good and various, animation (especially Omar) always present. We have a great time enjoy the sun by pools with no construction noise as mentioned in other comments ( maybe we were just lucky). The stuff is very friendly and helps with any problem.

Für uns als Familie ist das Ancient Sands die zweifelsfrei beste Wahl für einen Urlaub in Ägypten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr komfortabel, gepflegt und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Frühstück und Abendessen am Buffet ( eigentlich sind wir keine Buffet-Fans) sind abwechslungsreich, frisch, geschmacklich unschlagbar. Und wer mal keine Lust auf die Restaurants hat, ruft den Roomservice! Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der hoteleigene sandstrand. Mit dem Shuttlebus in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, erwartet einen ein kleines Paradies mit erwähnenswert gutem Service. Auch hier ist alles sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten im Ancient sands sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben ein Lächeln für ihre Gäste. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an Abdallah, der unser Apartment in perfektion gepflegt hat. Danke auch an Martina von der guestrelations!!! Negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass es um das hotel herum im Moment mehrere Baustellen gibt. Es kommt zu massiver lärmbelästigung. Dafür trägt aber nicht das Hotel die Verantwortung und die Bauarbeiten werden ja auch irgendwann abgeschlossen sein. Wir kommen wieder!
