房間、窗外景色真的很美，服務真的很好，熱情周到，還免費升級了270度視野景觀房，餐廳服務到位，食材新鮮，特別是廚師做的菜品很入味。

看日落的不二選擇，風景很美，環境幽雅！不過這酒店讓我最難忘的是人文關懷！我從南京趕到已是晚上，帶着媽媽過來呼吸森林氧吧，因為出門充忙，我媽媽主要治療的一款很難配的治療葯忘記帶了，就打電話到前台，讓前台問問鎮上的葯店，當把葯名報上後，前台知道事情挺嚴重，讓前台經理聯繫了霍山市醫院，得知市醫院還有最後兩盒後酒店老闆晚上親自開車把我送到醫院取葯！晚上，盤山路，來回開了三個小時！十分感謝明都的全體員工，十分感謝明都老闆的熱情！我住過那麼多星級酒店，我敢説就算麗斯卡爾頓都做不到這樣的人文關懷！來這，不論硬件設施如何，但是至少來這可以安安心心的把這酒店當成家，員工與老闆絕對是把顧客當家人一樣照顧！以後衹要還來這周邊一百公里以內，我絕對首選此家酒店！感謝你們的幫助！🫶🏻

非常非常滿意的一次住宿，酒店裝修非常前衞大方又不失優雅，晚上帶小朋友們泡温泉，玩的很嗨，泡過温泉再睡覺真的很香！非常適合家庭親子出行，住的很舒心！拍照相當出片，nice^_^ 還有早餐也很好吃，豆漿真的是現磨的，雞蛋我都懷疑是不是土雞蛋，很新鮮很好吃，還有那個青菜應該是他們自己種的沒打化肥沒打葯，光青菜我吃了兩個小碗，現在真的吃不到這麼好吃的青菜了，是小時候的味道……
