This hotel is in a good location but just really dirty from bed to the carpet when we first walked into our room it smelled like dirty feet & hand marks & just furniture sticky everywhere better to go somewhere else with the prices they charge here also parking very limited & constricted

This Hotel was super close to the Huntington Beach pier and Dukes all of the shopping places etc…Great service and great price! Our room was a King bed on the 3 rd floor, remodeled with a great view of the Ocean/Beach! Nice balcony too! It was our Anniversary weekend and we had a beautiful time!!!

Absolutely awful hotel. Smells like cigarettes and there’s absolutely nothing luxury about the rooms to warrant a $400 stay for one night. They did not give us our security deposit back but claimed they did and told us we just need to talk to the bank. The manager was extremely rude when I called him on the day of our check-in and I can see many people had the same issue with this. There are many other options for stays in Huntington Beach, I’d highly advise against giving them your business

The hotel is really old and the room is awful. They are going through a renovation, so amenities are closed. I would avoid this hotel at any cost. I'm sharing some pictures of the room they gave to me, which are different from the pics you will find on their website.

WARNING !!!!! EXTREMELY LOUD “ALL DAY” BANGING AND DRILLING!! Went for a visit with my son to relax. Arrived to the room in the afternoon, could barely have a conversation in the room, due to loud construction!!!!! Next morning, NO SLEEPING IN!!!! 8:40am drilling, right near to my head!!!! Scared me to death!!! I contacted the hotel via email/website 2 times! No response! We then wanted an afternoon nap…NOT HAPPENING!!! I asked for some type of compensation??? Also, the shower would not drain! So gross, a super quick shower is all we got, or the water would have flowed into the entire bathroom!!!!! And it took the water to drain, 40 min. Before anyone else could shower!!!!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING???? I had no warning from the hotel, it would be under constant construction for the 4 straight days, I booked!!!! And no deposit returned!!!!!!! I

Restaurant & pool very disappointed the room was fabulous thou. Easy access to the village shopping centre. Ihop when you drive to get a good breakfast brunch The hotel no excitement at all for the price cheap as chips

Honestly you cannot beat the location. But for the price I paid (488.00) I would have expected nicer staff . Sam was by far the most unhospitiable people I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry in my life . He was robotic and monotone about early check in and late check out . "We have policy's " we are short staffed " were his answers to both when the cleaning staff was litteraly just sitting down in the lobby right in front of us . For the price there are other places to stay . I would rather the surf inn . Right next door and nicer people. Not everyone has $500 for one night . No matter how close you are to the beach

DO NOT GO HERE. Dirty, not updated, old stained carpet, stains on the pillowcases, marks/dirty walls. Put our backpack and my purse on the table and it almost fell over, very unsteady. Checked in around 6:30pm friday and checked out at 11:50pm the same evening. We came out here to celebrate our anniversary, dropped our bags in the room when we checked in and were out and about till 11:40 when we wanted to go back and sleep. When we got back to the hotel we honestly were so disgusted with the room, we were not going to sleep in that room. As tired as we were, we drove almost 2 hours back home… Ruined our anniversary weekend and cut it short. We were going to spend all day out at the beach the next day but didn’t. When we checked out. Ty at the front desk seemed careless that we were unsatisfied and said there’s nothing he could do but the manager Kevin might but he won’t be in till Monday. So we will be speaking to management about this to see what could be done..Very disappointed and upset to spend over $500 for a ruined/cut short anniversary weekend with my man..
