The young lady at the front desk is nice-looking, soft-spoken, and has a great attitude. She checked in quickly. The cleaning lady I met when I swiped the door card asked about some matters and she was very friendly and patient with her answers. Although it was necessary, it was still a plus. I brought my children with me three times, and I really care about hygiene. I didn’t notice any discomfort at all.

Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

The host was a very kind and courteous gentleman trying his best to accommodate us in ways possible for him because we don't speak Mandarin and he doesn't speak English. He helped set up the address for food delivery app as well since the app works in Mandarin. That way we were able to order food on Meituan. The location is excellent offering excellent views of the sea front. The condominium has a direct access to the beach and we had a good time. It was extremely cold out of the blue for just those 3-4 days of December since an additional cold wave was sweeping across southern China during our stay at that place. The heater component of one of the ACs was not as efficient as the second AC but overall it was a great experience. Besides this small issue we had a great time. He was helpful enough to provide us with additional quilts as a result. We needed an extension for check out. It came at a reasonable cost and as a result we had more time and very happy with his services as well since it gave us some flexibility to check-out and head back to our destination more leisurely.

The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

Recently, I stayed at this hotel in Huizhou and I was impressed by the whole process. First of all, from the geographical location, the hotel is located in the bustling area of the city center, with complete commercial facilities and convenient transportation. It is very suitable for business travel or leisure travel. The check-in procedure was very smooth, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, professional and efficient, and quickly helped me complete the check-in process. After entering the room, the first feeling is clean and bright, the space layout is reasonable, the decoration style is simple but elegant, highlighting the brand's consistent ”natural, quiet and warm” design concept throughout the season. The room facilities are all available, the bed comfort is extremely high, the bedding is clean and tidy, so that people can enjoy a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of good quality. The details reflect the hotel's caring care for the needs of customers. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, not only to meet the needs of different tastes, but also fresh ingredients and excellent taste. In addition, the public areas of the all-season hotel are also very spacious and comfortable, and the design of the lounge area and reading corner creates a quiet and elegant atmosphere.

The hotel is quite well maintained although the carpet is old. Facilities are adequate and daily room service provided. Towels, used disposables are changed daily and bottled water, tea are replaced. Room is big, air cond, hot water, water pressure all good. Bed is comfortable and linens clean. Location opposite hospital and near West Lake. Food available in surrounding. The local buffet breakfast, though simple, is adequate and healthy. The girls manning the front desk are sweet, polite and helpful. For the price we pay, this is an excellent hotel. However, we didn't like the light smell of second hand smoke in the room as smokers are permitted to smoke.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

The hotel location is very comfortable. Staffs are so friendly, Especially, Mr. Liu who is so nice, he explain and help us. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. We will stay here again when we come to Huizhou.

They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu. The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.
