在這次入住這間酒店對登記前枱的服務員非常失望。10月27日晚上10:30pm 登記入住酒店，我把回鄉證給他登記，結果他只給我房卡，我當時太累了，沒有留意證件，拿房卡就回房休息。直到第二天下午我退房仍然沒有人告訴我，我的證件遺漏在前枱，我對他們服務感到很失望
