住的鐘點房4個鐘，早上騎完紅花湖吃完飯後，來睡個覺，傍晚再散步西湖，很舒服愜意。酒店對面就是西湖大門，酒店停車場其實約等於沒有，但旁邊有個立體車庫，周天去的剛好有位置，轎車可以停，SUV沒辦法，衹能看酒店門口有沒有位置。住客免費。房間無異味，房型面積適中，床也舒服，好評

酒店地理位置好面對西湖邊。
酒店屬於老舊建築所以設施設備未能追上新的發展。
提供早餐的服務區根本就是一個員工飯堂環境非常差勁，早上還要跟附近上班人員一起在狹窄的餐廳裏用餐感受非常差。
