服務很好，房間也很大，淡季價格也很美麗，給升級了房型，出門就是遊客中心可以坐大巴去景區很方便，有早飯，就是中央空調電視機設施不是很新需要員工來給調了才能用，還可以下單上門按摩有專業技師，連鎖的安全性也比較放心，總體性價比是高的，景區自然環境很漂亮，會再來的

房間乾淨整潔，服務態度非常不錯，隨行人員身體不適，有位女性工作人員主動提出帶去醫院檢查，還十分熱情講解了遊玩攻略。距離景區非常近，很方便。服務態度值得五星好評

太好的地點和超大房間！在景區遊客中心邊上（同一建築）。景區大交通車的起點就在樓下。推薦自駕車友們住這裏，因所有車都停遊客中心換乘，個人覺得住這裏比住裏面的換乘車終點那邊方便。

超級方便：遊客服務中心右側，門前停車場很大，餐廳側門出去20米就是景區檢票口和交通巴入口，八里溝三個景區（兩山一溝）很大，天界山爬山廢腳中午睡了一覺下午再去爬九蓮山，門票三天內隨意進出和乘坐交通巴。
給滿分不是酒店軟硬件，而是服務，汽車遙控鑰匙沒電了車子不能無匙啟動，周邊汽修店沒電池換，前台工號011鹿小姐知道主動幫我跑到附近鎮子上更好電池，解決了我的問題。還有一個實習生小皮，兩晚爬山回來，熱情幫我點好菜，回房間洗漱一下就可以下樓開飯，酒店餐價還可以。
