管家Judy提前聯繫安排房間，在住期間跟進服務到位，由於到店比較晚，還主動幫忙延遲了服務特別好。房間也很乾凈！陽台風景巨好，晚上能看到星星，聽着海浪的聲音入睡

酒店太老了，説實在不值這價格

I stayed for 4 nights around the National Day. Here are my feelings 1. The decoration and equipment are old, the TV is old, the sound insulation in the room is very poor, the sound of people walking in the corridor and the crying of children in the opposite room are one after another, it is difficult to have a good lunch break at noon 2. The service is average, not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. At the beginning, there were only a few boys who looked like work-study students. There were not many people around. Only on the National Day did they increase the staff 3. The breakfast is average, with few varieties and richness. It has not changed even after eating for 4 days 4. The hot spring pool and lights outside are not open (not many guests to save costs?) 5. The cleaning lady came in to clean directly, and even knocked on the door when I was taking a nap (clearly there was no cleaning demand) The only thing worth praising is that only the barbecue dinner for two in the evening is good, and I can only shake my head for the rest...

太舊太舊了，聽説酒店要換老闆了，所以好多年都沒有裝修過了，真的很舊，員工服務一般，要了2間房，房間真的太差了，發出黴味，白牆有好多發黴的痕跡，自助早餐比起以前差太遠，簡直看不到肉，，全是敷衍，還期待海邊無邊温泉泳池，全部不開，就開了四五個連在一起的圓池，要麼冷水，要麼燙死，就2個能進水，一個池進人三四個再進就不合適了，國慶節人那麼多，簡直呵呵了！！！收費也不便宜，性價比太低，不值得！2間房1500+1300，接近3000元，還不如巽寮灣的海邊公寓，2房的才800多，還可以做飯，新裝修，房間乾淨整潔明亮，一線超級無敵大海景，下去就是沙灘，，喜來登還五星級，不改善不會再來

國慶去的，人很多，所以服務較慢，中餐廳很推薦，個人感覺比外面大排檔味道還要好些，就是中午不開。

有點偏僻，其他挺好的

The service is just a service (no service at all). The room was decorated for a birthday. I am dying of laughter. Let everyone see it. Be sure to avoid it😤😤😤😤😤
