首先沒有電梯，爬到四樓很累，結果門卡還開不進去，打電話跟老闆説讓我們自己下去跟前台換房間，我是孕婦不想爬上爬下讓老闆打電話跟前台説，過了好久還是沒有人上來，衹好讓老公下去叫前台上來用通用門卡開門，服務意識很差，一進門就有一股味道無法呼吸，要洗澡浴室噴頭壞的不匹配擰不上無語
