If I come back to Vietnam, this is the place I would like to stay again.
Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home.
The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.

Very relaxing place! I originally planned to visit the Royal Tombs when I came to Hue, but I didn’t know that the hotel was so relaxing... I gave up the trip and enjoyed the spa and dining in the hotel! If you ask me whether I would like to stay here again next time, I would definitely be willing to do so.

Lovely staff, excellent food. Very comfortable. Would stay again. Nice walks outside. Great massage. It’s a lovely city. Do visit and enjoy this luxurious hotel. You will not regret it. There was even live Vietnamese music with the delicious dinner

I loved my stay here. The room was beautifully designed and appointed, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the swimming pools excellent. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and you order from a menu, anything you like. I highly recommend this place. Actually my favourite stay in Vietnam 🇻🇳

Stayed 3 nights in one of Vietnamese cottage with 2 separate bedrooms. Really beautiful experience, with vintage wooden interior of our rooms - which I would rather call 'appartements' or 'small house', great Vietnamese healthy dinner with lots of veggies, wonderful people, spa hot-stones back massages. Qué, the reception lady in charge of us, has made absolutely sure our stay (from arrival to departure) was something wonderful and unforgettable. She was so cheerful and professional!! And other hotel staff people were all very kind, smiling and with very accurate professional service. e.g. During our dinner time, room service came and opened the mosquito net over the beds; Laundry service was really quick ; Taxi was organized so that we don't have to get lost at the airport arrival; Ok you will think that all this is part of their 'normal' service, but so often, you are not that sure it will be done, especially when you don't speak the language. Vietnamese people's English is a bit difficult to understand with their accents... but communicating with Qué on WhatsApp in English, we ve had no problem at all. So friendly and excellent quality service. These 3 days spent in Ancient Hue Garden Houses and Spa made really our trip the most unforgettable. I am talking about the place to every friends in Japan, France and Ireland. I will definitely come back, next time with my sister. See you very soon!! Sachiko

Loved this place...definitely one of the best accommodations we had in Vietnam. The staff are to be commended and were continually attentive ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was brilliant and the pool area was very relaxing

Rất hài lòng! Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên chu đáo, lịch sự, chất lượng dịch vụ đạt chuẩn. Đồ ăn ngon, không gian thoải mái. Áo choàng tắm nên đổi thành chất liệu khác sẽ hợp và đẹp hơn ạ. Phía sau của phòng bạch mã 8 khuôn viên hơi sơ sài, không có gì đặc sắc, và có cả cái bạt hơi to làm mất thẩm mĩ ạ!
