此舍地点非常接近华山官方游客中心, 非常方便，老板会送客人至中心。非常适合争取时间想在华山上逗留長时间在山上大跑大爬每个山峰的游客，慢条斯里型无厘头慢走型的游客也可以。住上一晚体力充足后才上山为最佳策, 别大老遠從西安趕来就上山。
老板有免费長时间寄放行李服務、所以不心牽挂行李存放问题。
登山器材 一应俱全,各位不必费心費事大老遠带爬山器材,老板全有供應、價格非常平民化、非常像登山版平民化便利店。所以不必大老遠自带材俱,麻烦又碍手碍脚搭高铁。老板为跟据当天的气候介绍使用适合材料。
入华山園票、最好自己先预定,有了才来华山。其它票如巴士送往北和西的索道站可向老板購買。索道上下纜车票也可以向老板購買,快又背定。票價如官方收費。所以不必那么费心去预定。到了才根据当天气候决定那一索道最好。
手套老板有送。雨衣也有賣。雨衣如上山之后没有開封使用,还可以退还。
回程去快铁站,老板会载送、免費的。
所以住此处为最轻松的登山計劃、除了入園门票自己定,其它可向老板購買。一却票價和網上官方價一致。
另外,别在園内和園周边的小販買器村、贵很多。上山干粮自己带少許。上也边贵此些。

老闆人很好是退伍軍人，熱情健談，講解華山！！車接車送，很是方便，離遊客中心也特別近，房間乾淨衞生洗澡的熱水很大很舒服，總之很好的一次體驗！！！

房間挺大的，老闆態度特別好，為了爬華山特別選擇了住在華山腳下，衹要提前和老闆説，就可以接送站，特別方便，住了兩天，晚上都在酒店吃的晚餐，老闆娘手藝特別好，下次到華山還會選擇老闆家！

位置離華山遊客中心很近，老闆人也很熱情，還免費接送去遊客中心來回。
到的比較晚老闆還給升級了房間，第二天老闆還幫忙教怎麼搶票。總體來説就是很熱。除了早餐比較差點，就白粥雞蛋饅頭菜，味道倒是還行
