昨晚入住，公司差旅，有一個房間門禁半夜一直響，開關都沒用，早上又聽到其他的房間門上也滴滴響，這個真的非常影響入住體驗，休息的非常差

這個酒店的前台很怪異，我們是來桓台參加羽毛球比賽的總共40多人需要20多間，我先在攜程下了訂單，然後我往前台打電話説明情況，人多能不能給走個協議價含早餐，並且我也説明瞭我是會員，我們都來住，前台看過我在攜程預訂價格後給我報的會員價比攜程高，而且説我會員級別不夠早餐還需要單獨買，別的家長一看比攜程價格高還不含早就定了另一家酒店。我習慣了出門住全季，所以留了下來。更讓人氣憤的是前台給我們安排6樓一間房噪音很大，像機器一樣一直響，我給前台打電話説明情況，前台説一會工程來看看，過了一段時間結果工程沒來，給我們回電話説因為定的是高級大，最便宜的所以安排的這間房，那請問您在攜程説明高級大最便宜的房間是帶噪音的嗎？還是攜程訂房就應該給帶噪音的，還是你們店長就這樣培訓的。經常住全季第一次發現這種溝通水平的前台，我還問能不能晚點退房，前台回答是因為攜程訂單，晚了就每小時40元，攜程的顧客另眼相看嗎？

房間寬敞乾淨，有小朋友還專門送了小童拖鞋和和牙刷，半夜到的，前台服務熱情周到，很快辦理了入住，退房還送了當地的餅和礦泉水，周邊環境安靜，非常好。
