服務：管家小哥哥主動迎接，周到。早餐簡單，節假日人較多，餐廳坐滿，衹能做外面；兩種粥都沒了，阿姨下面、餛飩手腳麻利，味道不錯。
環境：瀕臨新安江邊，古村落景點內，環境不錯，交通方面。
衞生：打掃一般，連住多晚，放在垃圾桶旁，放在地上空瓶一直沒拿走；床上枕頭，被子多日未整理。
設施：房間內有蚊子，希望配置電蚊香（未找到）；重要的是拖鞋不防滑，特別是上下樓梯及衞生間。
民宿性價比不錯，希望改進，下次再來體驗。

指出以下缺點，希望能夠改進。1.燈的開關問題，洗手間的燈和排風扇開關在進門的門口，洗手間內外都不再設開關，不方便。2.床頭有窗簾開關，按了沒用。3.吧枱沒有燈，太暗看不清。4.浴缸周圍沒有隔斷，既沒有玻璃牆或門，也沒有簾子，非常不方便。5.一次性用品有點差勁，牙刷掉毛，拖鞋不防滑。6.去二層空間的台階容易滑到（本人已經從樓上滑下來了，摔得一身烏青），尤其是最下面三四格，踩下去的時候，台階會產生一個向下傾斜，再配上不防滑的一次性拖鞋。

因為天太熱，上下兩層的空調製冷比較差，跟前台溝通了，立馬給安排換了房間，服務態度相當好，非常棒的體驗。

服務好，我們找不到地方，管家小哥哥主動來接我們，還把自己的車位讓給我們停車，服務很周到；
位置好，市區湖邊古村落裏，有個大戲台，毗鄰新安江；
設施好，房間大，衞生間設施都是品牌的；
衞生好，乾淨整潔，整體滿意；
早餐好，早餐挺豐富的，點心，雞蛋，牛奶，豆漿，紅茶都有，特色澆頭面味道一絕；
景色好，出門就是新安江，早上起來空氣清新，有濕地棧道，天然氧吧。

超5星好評！超級無敵棒的客棧！月棲溪的名字就充滿了詩意，房間很乾凈很新很整潔，最大的特色是景觀真的好，客房衞浴都是品牌的，堪比四星級酒店。喜歡他們家的澆頭面，味道一絕。LOFT也是2張大床，還有小帳篷，用心滿滿。

民宿門口就是無敵的江景，停車也很方便，關鍵還免費，早餐很豐富，徽州澆頭面，小餛飩，水餃都是他家員工自己手工製作，味道非常棒，
LOFT的房型小朋友很喜歡，前台管家服務也很細心周到，很貼心，徽派建築的四水歸名堂和徽州戲曲結合在一起，很贊，非常適合打卡。下次來黃山還住這[呲牙][呲牙]
