房間位置和大小還可以，但是房間有點異味，然後前台客服服務意識比較差

房間很破舊，衞生很差，一定不能細看，會不舒服。網上的照片真的是照騙，所以也沒有拍照片，怕臟了內存🥲隔音很不好，尤其帶孩子出遊一定一定不要選擇這裏，地板臟的看不出原來的顏色了。國慶出遊坐地起價，可以理解，但這個條件實在與價格不相符。

床單被套不太乾淨，一樓衞生間沒有淋浴，窗玻璃很臟，房間空氣有點陳舊的味道（感覺應該是房間使用時間長，房間入住率不高的原因） 酒店周圍環境不錯（個人覺得這是唯一的值得一提的地方。

本來打算在遊樂園玩好在酒店睡一晚的，結果，哎！太舊了，房間裏空氣也不好，房間小，設施設備都很舊，雖然我帶了一次性用品，但是真的沒辦法住，當晚九點多我們就退房了。曾經還是華美達的時候，我對這裏的印象很好的，現在都變了。

酒店非常大氣，外觀非常精緻，樓層也比較高第一次入住這個酒店體驗到非常好的服務，性價比比較高非常上檔次早餐在二樓種類也是非常的多第一次吃到這麼好吃的自助早餐，小孩子玩的都非常的愉快，酒店外面還有那個網球場，小孩子大人都可以玩，設施非常的齊全，還有KTV，服務確實比較好，解決問題迅速。直接拎包入住喲。

入住好幾次，這次住了好幾天，很滿意的，各方面都很好，服務沒得説，酒店位於新安江附近，性價比很高的酒店，賓客關係部很熱情，態度親切，非常到位，酒店位置優越，購物吃飯逛街都很方便，離酒店都不遠，可以跟朋友去玩一下 很滿意下次還會選擇這裏，房間舒適衞生，好評,以後還會經常入住。
