This time when I visited Chengkan, I especially wanted to experience an old house with Hui-style architecture. I was lucky to have chosen Yishengtang Inn (Chengkan Branch), which is an ancestral house of the owner’s family. The boss was young, handsome and friendly. He drove us back and forth in a small car and finally helped us deliver our luggage to the entrance of the scenic spot for free. The rooms are newly renovated, air-conditioned, clean and quiet at night. In addition, there is a large balcony on the third floor. The owner has a washing machine so you can wash your own clothes and dry them very conveniently! The breakfast is noodles cooked by the boss himself, and the toppings are dried bamboo shoots, very delicious! I just finished two bowls! The overall appearance of Chengkan is good, the residents are very friendly, and spending money in the scenic spot is okay, but the tickets are a bit expensive!

Huazhu Huanxiulou B&B is located near Huanxiu Bridge. Self-driving cars can only be parked at the North Gate parking lot (you need to wait for a parking space during peak hours). After booking, the hotel proprietress called to inform that the government withdrew from the free ticket activity for booking free tickets on Wednesday (March)👍~ Huanxiulou Restaurant is downstairs from the B&B. The B&B is outside the Chengkan Scenic Area, across the bridge into the scenic area. Free parking is available at the basketball court next to the B&B. The landlady was very enthusiastic and took me to the ticket office of the scenic spot to buy tickets, gave me a discount, and took me to a restaurant to eat. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the bath water is very good. I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel owns a hillside with bamboos and flower trees and a beautiful traditional pavilion on the top for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. They provide geared bicycles for free use. We rode to the fascinating and beautiful villages nearby. Their very friendly little dog cheerfully accompanied our riding, and their two lovely sheep enjoyed our hand feeding. There is a children’s play ground. The hotel owner is a very nice couple and the staff are friendly too. The catering staff are very accommodating. The air and water in the hotel and the surrounding are very good. We want to come back again.
