Hotels Near Chengkan Residential Houses in Huangshan

The homestay environment is very design-conscious. It feels so good to read a book and listen to the rain in the living room at night. There is actually a fish tank on the roof, which is beautiful. I stayed here for two nights with my friends. The bedding is comfortable. The old street is next door. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip to Huangshan!

The location is excellent, not far away. On both sides of the bridge are the two old streets of Tunxi and Liyang. It is also convenient to park by car. The disadvantage is that the facilities are aging and the sanitary conditions of the rooms are average. There are many tour groups, so it will be noisy early in the morning, and various noises will start at 6:30. Stayed for three nights. The air conditioner upstairs made a loud dripping noise on the first night, so I had to use earplugs. On the third night, I called two door-to-door foot massage services from across the door. The door was open, and there was peaceful laughter and laughter until 10:30 at night. But the location of the hotel is really good. If you are not particular about accommodation conditions and can tolerate it, this is a hotel you can choose.

The air conditioner, TV, bedding, and bathroom facilities in the hotel room are all good. There is free parking and free WiFi. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is also very close to the South Gate shuttle bus, about 150 meters on foot. The small refrigerator in the room has free drinks, which is very good. The toilet is automatically heated. The shower water is sufficient. Huangshan sesame cakes were also given when I left the hotel. The hotel also has an underground parking lot. It's a pity that there is no porter or greeter at the door of the hotel. It may not be because it is a star hotel. I hope the hotel will get better and better.

Microtel by Wyndham was exceptional. Very clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation before or after expedition to huangshan. Would recommend all our friends to stay here when coming to this area!

I went to climb Huangshan Mountain with my friends. We decided to stay at the foot of the mountain on the first night. After reading many reviews, we chose this one. It was really a good decision! Although there are not many reviews about their home, it is really a very good homestay. We stayed in a twin room. The room was so clean that we didn't even use the disposable sheets we brought! It was like going home when we walked in. Hahahaha, the young male boss explained the route of the mountain climbing in detail when he checked us in and gave us two maps (which we kept holding while climbing), which was very useful! Then the boss learned that we were going to stay on the mountain for one night, so he proposed the service of storing the suitcases here. We were very happy because we were still thinking about how to open this question. Hahahahaha, I didn't expect the boss to open his mouth. The room is all intelligent voice control. My friend and I probably called ”Xiaodu, Xiaodu” a hundred or eighty times. It's very sexy! ☺️☺️I also want to say that when we came back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases after going down the mountain, a lady (probably their family) offered to help us carpool. We were also very surprised. The service was very good. They even let us sit in a massage chair. Hahahahaha, love it. By the way, noodles were also provided in the morning, but we didn't have time to eat. If there is a chance, I will come again!

The hotel is located a few hundred metres from the Huangshan Mountain south entrance. You may walk 10-15mins to the entrance, alternatively there is a free hotel shuttle to the entrance. The room is spacious and modern with smart controls. The automated toilet bowl in my room did not work well as it flushes even when not in use. Hence a sleep disturbance . There is a bus stop just outside the hotel where the mountain tourist bus stops on the mountain downward route which is very convenient especially after a long day visiting the mountain.

Pros: 1. the property is very close to the bus entrance to Huang Shan. 2. The boss lady (it's an endearing way to address the women who manage hotels and restaurants in China) is very kind and helpful! 3. the restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good and friendly. Con: It's not really a problem of the property. I took the transit organized by the hotel to Hong Cun. The driver was very aggressive in his driving style. We left around 7pm, which is quite dark. He was making aggressive turns and brakes, making everyone onboard extremely nervous. 优点： 1.这处房产离黄山的公交入口很近。 2.老板娘非常善良，乐于助人！ 3.一楼的餐厅很不错，也很友好。 Con： 这其实不是房地产的问题。我乘坐酒店组织的交通工具到洪村。司机的驾驶风格非常激进。我们在晚上7点左右离开，当时很黑。他急转弯和急刹车，让船上的每个人都非常紧张。
