之前來懷遠都是選擇入住長九酒店 雖然也有些小問題 但是這次真的忍不住要評價一下！首先進房間 就房間的門鎖是壞的！鎖了和沒鎖一樣！這是非常大的問題！洗漱台上居然還是空盒子？？？阿姨打掃衞生的時候都不檢查一下嗎？？？其次 洗澡的時候 在浴室等了十分鐘都沒有熱水！！！迎賓水果也是在我打了前台電話 反映熱水問題才送來的！！！之後在我出門不知情的情況下説修好了熱水！如果説要是進房間修的熱水 前提是要和我電話溝通一下吧？我都不在房間 如果丟失了什麼 怎麼解釋呢？？？修完的熱水 燙到根本洗不了澡！！！要麼睡不熱 要麼燙**！！！最後中午退房的時候！！！我在入住時就提前確定了我的訂單是2點退房！1點左右就給我打電話 説12點就要退房！難道客房系統都沒有標註訂單幾點退房嗎？這是我積分兑換的合法權益！！！總之這不是一個這麼大的酒店該有的水準！很不滿意！！！

當地最貴的酒店，停車方便，早餐品種多，房間雖然很大，但房間裏裏麪的設施顯得很低檔，洗簌用品都是小瓶的，衞生間的洗簌用品架安裝也是鬆鬆垮垮的，而且洗澡水特別燙，根本不能洗，沒辦法自己調節温度、打電話給酒店前台叫來維修工才解決問題，感覺這家酒店不值這個價錢，除了房間大，早餐品種多，其他的沒什麼特別，不值得推薦入住
