服務非常到位，有求必應，藝文活動也很有意義，參觀了酒窖和葡萄園，讓孩子長了見識。建議入住後好好享受行館的時光，儘量不安排其他行程。

青普文化行館一如既往的令人喜歡，各地的青普各局特色，八達嶺瑞雲店環境好，託斯卡納風，600畝的葡萄園，還可以下到酒窖裏參觀，有很多有年代感的老照片也很喜歡，酒莊的中西餐都很好吃，藝文活動很有特色，作品完成後小有成就感，收穫頗豐，小朋友很喜歡青普。所有的工作人員都非常友善細心，在青普瑞雲過了個輕鬆愉快的假期。

假期和家人到延慶玩，小住一晚，服務很好，環境舒適，餐食也不錯，晚餐會送酒莊自釀的酒品嚐。建議選帶藝文體驗活動的套餐，活動安排的不錯，我們趕上了濕版攝影，很有趣

這是我們姐妹多年後再一次去旅行，很幸運能在青普懷來行館度過。至少是好友去了青普土樓強力推薦的。從預訂前跟客服杉菜諮詢就能感覺他們的服務水平卓越，杉菜回答既專業又親切。讓我來之前已經充滿期待。
來到後我們的管家曉曼無微不至，所有大小事都安排妥當並人性化，很喜歡她笑容可掬、很熱情很我們介紹行館的歷史。走在這個行館裏真的有種去了歐洲的感覺。聽着風聲、聞着花草味，很愜意。度假期間碰上有人辦婚禮，花園裝飾起來好夢幻！
菜餚精美，能夠吃到食物本身的鮮味，每一頓都吃得好撐啊～ 服務員都很細心，也跟我們互動交流，很真誠！
青普的文藝活動好認真、好好玩。我們能夠感受到銀老師、雙老師對於文化的熱愛。作為一個對中國歷史文化認知比較匱乏的我來説，真的受益良多。活動非常好玩，還帶走了自己的作品。最後的濕版攝影真的是完美了結束了我們的旅程。
離開的時候，行李都幫我們放好，還準備了瓶裝水和水果給我們。佩服團隊對待每位客人如此無微不至。
