I stayed here twice on business trips. The room design is very standard and the hygiene management is good. I love the bed the most, it is super soft and comfortable. I have stayed in Vienna in other places in Hunan, and the front desk of this hotel is the gentlest. The only drawback may be the sound insulation of the door, and the sound of people in the corridor is still a bit obvious. Of course, the overall room is great. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

Breakfast has coffee, sausage, Huaihua special rice noodles, many varieties, are my favorite taste. The front desk service was very good. When I checked in, the beauty at the front desk sent me a cup of tea and a small gift. When I checked out, I also sent 2 bottles of mineral water to take me away. The service details were in place.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.
