房間整體還是不錯的，這個差評是給前台的服務員，理由是完全不想着為客人解決問題，而是抱着跟她無關的態度。 退房的時候，前台服務員給我的是現金，我當時就詢問，為什麼不直接退微信，她説財務還沒上班，現在不能直接退微信，讓我加了微信後等財務上班再從她們酒店的手機通過微信將按金退回，我當時不同意，因為昨天入住的時候，辦理登記的服務員説沒有按金條，第二天會自動退回，我不想要現金。服務員當時就就是一副跟他無關的態度，我多次要求服務員聯繫財務，她才慢慢吞吞的給財務發微信，並告知我財務還沒看到微信，要等財務回消息。就在這個時候，我旁邊有一個人來退房了，那個人的按金就可以自動退回手機，我就詢問為什麼我的不行，他説衹有通過POS機掃的按金才能原路返回，我就又問那為什麼昨天開房的時候不用POS機給我掃按金，反而讓我掃那個二維碼，服務員就説：“那我怎麼知道？又不是我辦理的。”完全沒有要解決問題的態度，衹想推卸責任。半天財務也沒有回微信消息，因為要趕車，我就要求她給財務打電話，她才極不情願地給財務打電話，財務電話打通了，財務不在酒店，前台服務員再次強調財務不在酒店，無法給我辦理微信退按金，當時我就問服務員可不可以我把現金給她，她給我掃微信，她就一直説什麼不可以，她沒有這個權力用酒店的微信，必須等財務來了，但是我要求的是把現金給他，他個人把微信掃給我，後面他可以再去跟財務置換的。最經典的來了，服務員説他也不想要現金，然後又説她微信裏沒有錢。多次要求解決問題之下，他才給他的主管打電話，最後他的主管就讓她把錢通過微信掃給我，然後回去他們自己再置換，後來前台服務員通過付款寶退了我按金。我覺得太可惡了，明明可以按照我説的方式先把按金通過微信或者付款寶轉給我，但是前台完全不想攬一點事情，寧願耽誤客人的時間，而且沒有一點積極的解決解決問題的態度，如果我是一個特別好説話的顧客，那就要一直在那裡等，不知道要等多久。
