I called in advance to inform me of my needs and helped me solve it very enthusiastically. I stayed for three nights. When my aunt sent a supper at night, she asked me if I had lived for several days. I felt super friendly and had a feeling of being remembered. Hahahahaha (home away from home) supper is delicious, The room is clean and tidy and cleaned every day to replenish disposable supplies, the facilities are also very smart

All staff from front-desk to housekeeping are genuinely nice and immensely helpful, especially Merry from front-desk helped us a lot during our stay and made us could enjoy our trip more comfortably.

I stayed in the hotel not long after it opened ten years ago. It was basically the most luxurious hotel in Huai'an when it first opened. I had a good impression. I returned to Huai'an ten years later. Although I saw some bad reviews and Huai'an also opened several more luxurious hotels, I decided to try it again. To be fair, after all, time is here. Some facilities in the hotel are indeed a bit old. This is an objective fact. The maintenance work is 75 points, but Wanda is still my first choice next time I come to Huai'an. Let me talk about the shortcomings first. On the first day of check-in, there was still some obvious dust and hair on the sheets. This really shouldn't be the case. The ventilation system has a bit of cross-smell. I can smell the food in the toilet, which is a bit embarrassing. Hahahaha, there is dust under the light *****. The aunt didn't notice it for 4 days (but this does not hinder the check-in, it's better to wipe it clean). There is also dust in the public areas, such as the cabinet where the telephone is placed in the elevator. There was dust for 4 days (maybe there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival). In addition to the dust on the sheets, these are all minor problems. During the stay, it was the Spring Festival. The room attendant wrote a congratulatory note and gave a beautiful candy bag. I like it very much, plus points, I have a healthy I have a habit of using the room card every day. I can enter the gym 24 hours a day by swiping my card, which is a plus. The gym has prepared some disinfectant, hair bands, and disinfectant tissues, which is also very considerate. The breakfast is also very good. After staying for 4 days, the noodle stall aunt remembered that I like to eat noodles, which is also a plus. The toast in the breakfast sandwich is toasted and cut off. It is a product of Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, which is very good. The children eat chocolate cupcakes for every meal. The coffee beans for breakfast are average, they should be dark roasted, and the bitterness is obvious. I don’t like it very much. It is the only flaw. The hot drinks provided include brown sugar ginger tea, which is friendly to women. I like it. The room service is also very fast. Every time I call and need some slippers, they are delivered quickly. The takeaway is also delivered by a robot. The children especially like it. The hotel also provides children’s slippers and toothbrushes and toothpaste for free, which is very good. The hotel’s toiletries are Acca Kappa white moss series, the smell is good, the shampoo and conditioner are comparable to the Kerastase and L'Oreal professional line that I usually use, which is a bit unexpected. In conclusion, during the Spring Festival, in the prime location of Huai'an, more than 500 per night, the shower room is Hansgrohe Wanda Hotel, you deserve it, the price-performance ratio ceiling! ! ! !

體驗還是很不錯的，入住的時候我説我第二天有考試需要一個安靜一點的房間，就給了我一間靠後的房間，下午到的酒店，太累了一覺睡到晚上八點，有點餓不知道吃什麼，看見有免費供應的食物嘗試要了一碗餛飩，以為那種很小全是皮的餛飩，結果是大大的很好吃的那種。

The hotel was all nice, clean, and tidy. The design and arrangement of stuff inside were simple yet pretty elegant. I was amazed and really super like the electronic and sensored toilet bowl. It was one of kind which I haven't seen and experienced so far from previous hotels I've been. It was good as well that one of their hotel staff could speak English which is an advantage for foreign visitors. My only comment for improvement are the separate fees upon arrival which were the breakfast fee and deposit fee. I believe there's nothing wrong if they could've have just included everything in the booking fee. I would love to book and stay with this hotel again in the future, hopefully. I regret I wasn't able to take photos for sharing. Keep it up!

In terms of dining, the hotel's restaurant provides delicious dishes, rich in variety and pure taste. The breakfast is varied and nutritious, injecting full vitality into the new day. The environment of Kaiyuan is as good as ever. The night runway in the hotel circled the lake. Lotus is planted in the lake, and now it is the season when the lotus is still open, and I look in a particularly good mood. Breakfast is still so good, noodles, wontons, chips, fruits, vegetables, drinks are all available. And in addition to boiled eggs, single-sided eggs also have tea eggs and wild eggs. The staff is also super enthusiastic, especially Xiao Han and Xiao Jiang at the front desk. When we checked out, we saw children who sent them specially. Forgot to mention their pool, it was large and the water quality was good. If you have friends, I recommend them.
