工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題房間比較小，但是非常乾淨整潔，裝修是極簡ins風，很喜歡幸好過來路上不費勁，店也好找，主要離地鐵🚇站非常近，朋友們不用擔心這個地方浪漫又文藝，真的很適合來感受氛圍，太適合假日放鬆了

這是住過最差的維也納！首先衞生間裏馬桶前和麪盆前站人的地方地上很多的水，因為洗澡間的門根本不密封，下水也不暢，衹要洗澡水就會出來，再加上面盆也漏水。後來衹能自己打掃，用地墊把水一點點吸幹。連續入了住兩天，竟然不給搞衞生，垃圾桶滿🈵的也不給倒，晚上回來叫服務員倒下垃圾桶，結果嘟嘟囔囔，説是不特殊交代就不給打掃衞生！
