Location: old british period building in close vicinity of howrah railway station. Walking distance if less luggage. However situated in a bylane near the digha bus stand. Amenities and services seems an ok hotel. However toilet pan was dirty and tap water was stinking. Small rooms with a small sized refrigerator with complimentary 2 ”tata copper”water bottles. Hot water available only from 6 am to 8 am and 6 pm to 8 pm. Not bad for a night stay but would advise against coming with family.

All good. Good staff-my experience at hotel nox residency was absolutely delightful! from the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, hotel nox residency is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious yet affordable stay!

It was good. But they should provide electric kettle, which is considered essential. Rooms are neat and clean. No intercom to contact rooms service or reception. Location is good as also it's surroundings. Manager and stuff are really good.

It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too
