It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too

I'd visited the place in late January 2024 to attend a marriage ceremony of my relative. I had booked room through online EaseMyTrip and paid for 2 nights. When I arrived there in the evening reception staff refused to give me room against the booking confirmation of EaseMyTrip and charged me again for same 2 night booking. Service is very bad and staffs are not welcoming and lack of professionalism in dealing with guests. They will give you rooms in a building which looks like an abandoned property. Lift is very old and room are pathetic. This is the worst place I have ever seen. Damp room, dirtiest pillow and bed, chair , table. There is literally no maintenance. I had a horrible experience with the property and people. It is my feeling staffs including one of high official who is involved in selling room are involved in corruptions and stealing money. Property owner / management should look into the matter. Please keep out of this horror place and fraud people and never book room through online.

We are from KWW Electricals group . It's not our first visit in this property. In a year we used to come 2 to 03 times. All the staff are very good. Specially Front office staff Ms. Riya who used to coordinate with us. She is very good. Just because of their very good service, a large banquet, big swimming pool with big lawn where we can enjoy and our Meeting goes smoothly. Food taste is really tasty. Again we are coming on 18th. Thank you for all.

I have been staying here for railway project work for almost 3 months in this hotel . This hotel is near to howrah railway station. Hotel is located in posh area called howrah ac market .Lots of veg restaurant and market are available. Burra bazar is also near to hotel only . Service is very good in this hotel . Linen is very clean and hygienic . Staff are well behaved . Hotel renovation is going on maybe it will take 2 months in completion but rooms are very spacious and nice
