The service was particularly poor. The room we checked in was not cleaned as soon as we entered the door. It was already 8 o'clock when we checked in, and it was rearranged. The front desk* is not good

The hotel is located near the venue, and a 5-minute walk is enough. The nearby tram station, train station and bus station are all very close and can be walked in two minutes. It is a little far from the city center, but the transportation is super convenient. The hotel is also very clean and the service is very good~

Overall a nice big hotel with excellent shared amenities.
The first room I was given didn't smell right but when I complained was promptly moved to a no carpet, low allergy room which was excellent. Decent breakfast and good bar but I cannot say the same about the restaurant which I felt was poorly manged. The waiters simply ignored you stood at the desk to get a seat - I have never had to wait for 15 whole minutes in full vicinity of seemingly busy waiters who had to literally look after 2 tables! When I finally did manage to get seated the service was acceptable and the food decent but I had never felt oh so guilty to leave a tip (I always err on the side of the poor waiters).
So - good hotel with some effort could be a great hotel. recommended with some caution.

Great location, Field’s shopping Centre and Train/Metro station just 5min away.
2 stops to CPH airport by train cost DKK48.

Facilities: Very good, the facilities inside are relatively clean
Sanitation: Good
Environment: Very good, there is food downstairs, very convenient
Service: Cleaning is slow, parking is not friendly, and you can be fined for parking in the hotel parking lot

Very close to the airport, within 10 minutes by car. About 20-30 minutes by car from the city center.
The hotel is quite new, the room is not small, and the breakfast is very rich. The attitude of the service staff is generally good. Denmark is a comfortable country.
