Cap Serein , is very beautiful and serene. Petra and Kurt are very helpful in making my stay comfortable. I don’t have enough praise for this place, highly recommend!

My wife and I spent several nights at Cap Serein with my brother and his wife. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and our host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was quiet up on the hillside but convenient for Cape Town and the surrounding area.

Clean, safe, beautiful, and friendly hospitality. We had a wonderful wood stove to heat our room on a cold night. Petra and her husband prepared delicious breakfasts and genuinely cared for our enjoyment and comfort. You’re sure to have a great experience at Cap Serein.

beautiful place to be at peaceful and tranquil and very relaxing. I found the fire place perfect for the weather and the jacuzzi was what needed looking forward to be able tot spend another short vacy there

Our brief stay at Cap Serein Guest House was lovely. Not even the raining weather could diminish the warm-hearted welcome and interest in us. I would recommend this venue to all. The surroundings of this venue is an added advantage to victors.

Staying a few days at this mediterranean paradise is a real treat. Located in a calm environment at a reasonable distance from downtown CT and many attractions, it is an ideal base for excursions in the Cape region or just for relaxing on the premises. The rooms are clean and in perfect order and, even more important, Petra is an excellent and caring hostess providing a rich breakfast and assisting with any kind of advice. We have already been here twice and are looking forward to our return this (southern hemispere) fall.

Petra is such an incredible host. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. She provided us with great recommendations during our stay in Cape Town each day we were there and the breakfast is phenomenal. Of course the property is lush - peaceful and gorgeous. If you’re unsure about staying a little outside of Cape Town don’t think twice because this accommodation is worth it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A beautiful place. Rooms and appartement situated in a nice garden. Breakfast on the terrrace outside with view on the bay in front and the Mountain on the otter side. Petra is very warm and gives real helpfull advice on what to do and where to go. I hope to stay at her place again.

I did not really make this booking with much of an expectation, being on a business trip for one night. I was however pleasantly surprised, not only by the beauty of the place but also by the hosts’ unassuming professionalism and the lovely garden. I recommended Cap Serein to friends who frequently come to South Africa for business and who are particular about the way a place “feels” in addition to the usual requirements. I also made a mental note to bring my wife for a weekend of fine dining and rest “away from it all”.
