No electricity
No electricity yet still showing that they were open online and took money. Got to the hotel and she could not refund my money because they were completely out of power. Terrible experience.

It was a clean place. The place was comfortable and safe and We enjoyed our stay there. My children loved it and I felt it was a reasonable price. The clerk was polite and respectful. If we had the chance to go to Houston one more time, I would definitely stay right there again.

It was alright. The rooms do smell a bit smokey; there was buckshot in our walls; the walls had missing pieces like someone kicked it in a few places; we had to pay an early check-in fee even though the booking didn't mention it. The front desk people were neutral, our neighbors weren't too loud, and the location was close to a really good coffe place and Walmart.

I didn’t get a chance to stay due to the room I had for reservations had a broken a/c unit they wanted to charge me the difference for another room I said no because why should I pay the difference due to a broken appliance that I’m not responsible for I left for another hotel down the street I felt as if they were trying to get over on me.

Checking was smooth,but the room was beyond filthy for me to pay $105. Me and my family are going thru a rough time that was the last of our cash. The outside of the hotel was what made me stop there. But the roaches in the room were terrible crawling all over our stuff all over the floor coming from under the refrigerator just terrible. The baseboards dnt look like they have been cleaned since the place opened,the flòr wasn't sweet or mopped at all.. called the front desk someone cam immediately, but want me to move to a different upstairs when that wasn't possible cause my fiance is in a wheelchair. He stated that the only option was moving upstairs room 115 was the only bottom room available.me and my family ended up staying in the room. Worst night ever

This is a terrible hotel and staff. I was given a room and ten minutes after settling in was told to move to another room. The next room did not have a bedspread, a cable box, the door wouldn't open with the key card, and had burns and stains in the curtains. The staff was rude and unconcerned when I brought this to their attention. They told me to leave and call ******* to get a refund. Don't stay here!

Clean rooms and great customer service. Washer and dryer available but you need quarters to clean clothes. Comforters had smoking holes in them and parking can get full fast in evening. Location is by busy highway near Walmart and other businesses.

This was the worst hotel i have stayed in! As soon as we got checked my wife checked the beds as she always does there was hair stain sheets holes in the bedding the floor was dirty and covered with dust. I went downstairs and asked for fresh sheets and the gave me "clean" sheets turns out the cleaned sheets had a stain on them the next morning my wife took a shower and she wanted to use the hair dryer and the hair dryer does not work i would not recommend this hotel to anyone
