Hotels location is excellent, right next to ***. Hotel staff makes you feel welcomed and part of the Family. Outstanding customer service from valet staff, to coffee shop and lobby bar. Breakfast area is a bit small. But overall stay was great!!

Stayed at the Westin Houston Downtown for a two-day business meeting. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure the hotel rooms and our conference room met all our needs, and all our catered meals were excellent. The day we arrived one of my team members thanked me for booking such a nice place, and that impression lasted through our visit. ... now, 3 weeks later, I accidentally shipped a package to the hotel (my own mistake), and Denise at the front desk was SO helpful in tracking down my package and offering to drop it off at a UPS location once I send her my shipping label. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel for a personal or business trip!

Cameron and Kat were the best with food, drink and hospitality!!! Thank you both for your kind actions and patience through the busy time!Cleaning and front desk staff excellent as well. Really great experience even if the Astros lost!! Will def be back!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at "The Westin Houston Downtown". The service and food were great. The french toast is a must! The parlor suite was perfect for a family of 4 and gave us enough space to spread out after a long day of fun. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when in Houston!

Pre-game prior to Astros/Tigers playoff game, hotel was busy. Desiree (Supervisor) managed to keep not only our group happy and comfortable with drinks , food and great service but had her staff of servers and bartenders coming in with their A game. Amazing job and great attitude for such a frenzied environment. Well done.!!

We stopped in to pregame for Astros playoff game with drinks and lunch. The waitstaff, Joy, and her supervisor, Desiree, made sure our experience was top notch. They were the best. Desiree went above and beyond to interact with us and make us feel welcome and wanted. We’ll be back!

Everyone at the Weston down town went above and beyond any request that was given. Customer service is their number one priority and it shows. Very clean and upscale hotel. Well worth any dollar amount you spend. You will not regret your choice.
