We stayed in a syudio suite. It was a comfortable, clean and well equipped room. There is plenty of parking. Just off the main road, but very quiet. It seemed like a nice neighbourhood. We used the free laundry. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is excellent. I have no complaints. I checked in April and wanted to stay for as long as possible. The location is nice. The staff, Jaden checked me and my fiancé in. The gentleman at the front desk, Chris, did help out with the check in process. We had a change of room and that too was accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV though hardly watched was nice. The room we were in was by the grill area though we did not get the chance to use it. The shower area was clean, the stove for use was working well. I have no complaints. This is the second time I stayed at that hotel 4433 Lead Mine Road, and I will book it again. The hotel has three floors and many rooms and the location to the stores is not bad. There is a mall across the street from the store. I am speaking across the street in northern, not southern, terms. Directly across the street there is a mall and the delivery service for food is good. The laundry is superb and the fact that IHG is awarding helps as an incentive to want to book again and again. The Walmart is excellent, The Candlewood has a house like refrigerator and the staff in bringing the towels that were asked for was not bad. I have no complaints.

The check in area is kind of weird, needs update interior decorating wise, dark inside, clean, small fitness center, shower pressure is good, water temp is good, bed slept well. Property is tucked up away off the main road so the noise level wasn’t bad. Only complaint is a weird system with the HVAC that auto turns off the system when you leave the room. Temp set to 68 and it was 75 when I returned after being out for the day. It cooled off rather quickly but was a warm surprise initially. Decent nights stay for a solo scenario. Falls somewhere between a 3.5 and 4.

Pretty good hotel. Long long hallways. There were dead bugs in the lights over table. Other than that very nice, clean minus lights, sleeper sofa dated. I would stay again but. . . . . . . . . . Definitely get a room closer to elevator. Rm 344 end of hall. No need for the gym

This was a very nice suite that would be very comfortable even for a longer stay than we had. The kitchen was especially nice, with dished included and a dishwasher. The bathroom was large and mostly very clean, with a few not-as-clean edges around the tub floor. There was a nice desk and a good-sized TV.

The hotel was excellent. The people there were excellent. What I liked about the room for one was the picture of the flower and the picture of the autumn like scene. Some hotels have weird pictures. What I liked also was the stove, worked great. The AC was great. The shower was great. The television shows did not impress me so I used the internet to watch shows. The laundry room was great. The cupboard was great. The staff was very professional. We wanted to use the grill but we could not due to the lack of time with our trip, no fault of the hotel. The people who checked me and my fiance in were professional and the check out process was not bad. The amenities of the hotel are not false. I state that to say that it is not advertised then when one gets there is is a another matter. I have no complaints about the hotel. I called this 'when the staff is confident it means they are professional because confidence is a strength whereas arrogance is a weakness.

Great Experience staying at Candlewood suites during the July 4th long weekend 2022. After a long and exhausting drive, it was a pleasure to meet Tamare at the check-in counter to be taken car by. She met us with a smile and took care of our needs seamlessly with a great attitude. The check in process was very good. The rooms are are spacious and is equipped with kitchen supplies. The room is on a higher floor and has windows which makes it very lit. The next morning, we had to sort out our registration information and met Nassim who also was accommodating and accommodated us very pleasantly. The hotel has multiple exits and entry point which made easy to access the parking lot closer to our room. Overall very happy with our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for almost two weeks while house hunting. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was convenient. Overall it was adequate; certainly not luxury accommodations, but you get what you pay for. It was clean enough, but needed a deep cleaning, as areas such as the windows and air conditioner were caked with dirt. It was great having free laundry facilities. The tiny gym was pretty sad, having only a worn out treadmill, bike, and a few other things. Very weird, dumpy "lobby" that wasn't a lobby at all, just a narrow passage in what looked like an office building. It actually made me really nervous checking in. My biggest complaint was the lack of lighting. There were tons of light fixtures, but they had the dimmest bulbs ever, so the room always was gray and grim. The tiny windows (one in the main room, one in the bedroom) were no help, because we had to keep the curtains drawn, as our first floor room looked directly onto the parking lot. There were cars parked literally a few feet away, facing the windows. I wouldn't really like to stay here again, although it wasn't terrible.

On our way from Upstate NY to the Gulf Coast of Florida, this place was an ideal half way stop. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was so pleasant. The one bedroom suite was roomy and as pictured. We packed a bunch of food, so that we wouldn't have to dine out (spending money and extra time). The kitchen was fully equipped with all of our cooking needs. The only thing the kitchen was lacking was a sponge (we improvised with their dish soap and paper towels). The bed was super comforable. We wished for a bigger bathtub. After such a long ride, having a soak where one could stretch out, would have been ideal Alas, the tub was designed for a little kid. We appreciated how quiet it was. Other guests were respectful when it came to keeping the volume down. The only thing that wasn't respectful was the lack of mask-wearing. Though signs indicated that masks were required, the only people were masks were our party and the staff. Other guests were sadly maskless. The value was great. We will be back; the Candlewood Suites worked in all ways!
