Wonderful location in the center of Houffalize village. Very good accommodation and pleasant service. The parking is quite small and difficult to park late afternoon. The breakfast is full of Belgian goods!

Super vriendelijk personeel, zeer propere kamers, lekker eten in het restaurant en enkele uren zalig vertoeven in de wellness. Ideaal om onze verloving te vieren. Had mijn vrouw 20j geleden hier namelijk in de kamer met ontbijt op bed ten huwelijk gevraagd. Ook een mooi idyllisch terras naast de Ourthe om te genieten naast het water met een glaasje en een hapje. Verder zeer mooie locatie en ideaal voor mooie wandelingen of een bezoek aan de brouwerij van la CHOUFFE . Zeker een aanrader!

Ontzettend leuk en charmant Hotel in een mooie omgeving. Verschillende activiteiten in de buurt te doen. Zelf gefietst wat erg mooi was. De pizza op vrijdag en het menu op zaterdag waren beide top. Uitstekende ontvangst en gastvrijheid. Simpelweg een aanrader!

Une superbe expérience. 2 nuits avec un package. Chambre bien grande, avec grande salle de bain et douche pour 2 personnes (jamais vu cela en hôtel) Petit-déjeuner au top. Beaucoup de choix et à volonté (plats toujours remplis au fur et à mesure) Les 2 menus du soir furent excellents - bravo au chef pour les cuissons ou les préparations au top. Pas pu profiter du jardin à cause du temps, mais cela doit être génial au bord de l'eau Vraiment à recommander.

Nous avons réservé une nuit avec formule dîner petit déjeuner et accès au spa dans une chambre supérieure. Notre chambre donnait sur les systèmes de ventilation de lhotel avec les tuyaux donc la vue était dégueu et cassait le fait d'être dans une chambre supérieure. Quand j'ai demandé à la réception s'ils avaient une autre chambre disponible, ils mont dit qu'ils étaient complets. La double douche italienne , les parois étaient sales et pas de raclette pour nettoyer Le spa : le jacuzzi était HS et ils ne pouvaient pas allumer en meme temps le sauna et le hammam sinon les plombs sautaient donc il n ont allumé que le sauna. On a payé une prestation d'hôtel qui n'était pas a la hauteur de ce qui est décrit. Et aucun geste proposé par l hotel. En dehors de ça, le resto est très bon, le service rapide, les serviteurs au taquet. Petit-déjeuner bien varié et copieux

Voor een weekend Ardenne hadden we gekozen voor Hotel Du Commerce. Bij aankomst werden wij erg vriendelijk welkom geheten door Gieta. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Het hotel is echter wel wat gedateerd, maar wordt daarom ook dit jaar nog geleidelijk gerenoveerd. Het hotel heeft een hele gezellige tuin waar het in de middag zon heerlijk vertoeven is. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
