"This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help."

"Very good please business wise. Was close to the metro and train stations. The hotel is ok. Breakfast was fine as well."

"Very positive experience! One of this hotel's biggest assets is its location, right in the city center, close to Vitosha Boulevard and all the main tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff are welcoming and professional. The breakfast offers a great variety and is high quality. The only downside is the lack of space in the breakfast room, which is located near the reception. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to its central location, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is located in the core area of the city center, which is very convenient for travel. Parking is convenient downstairs and there is a 24-hour convenience store not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is relatively old, and many Chinese people choose to stay here, but the hygiene is acceptable. There are no free toiletries and drinking water in the room, so you need to bring your own"

"Stayed at InterContinental Sofia during a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Sofia, close to major landmarks, restaurants, and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and attentive, and the overall service quality was impressive. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of choices. A very comfortable and reliable option when staying in Sofia."

"Honest version: as a hotel it's a solid 3/5 — basic room, nothing fancy. But it costs about half of anything comparable nearby and the location is probably the best in Sofia, right in the center. For one night that combination is worth an extra star. One thing that annoyed me: you have to leave your key at reception every time you go out. Fine if you're leaving for a full day of walking, less fine when you just want to pop out for a bottle of water. Manage expectations on the room and you'll be happy."

"The hotel isn't bad, but the front desk ruined our initial impression. We booked a room with one bed and even sent an email to the hotel to confirm. When we arrived, they gave us a room with two separate beds. When we asked to switch, they told us to just push the beds together. It wasn't until we started arguing and threatened to leave a bad review that they suddenly found a room with one bed. Otherwise, no complaints."

"Stayed at The Westin Grand Frankfurt during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. A reliable and comfortable hotel choice when visiting Frankfurt."

"Perfect location, luxurious room and amenities. The maid entered our room at 6 in the morning, while we were sleeping. I complained at the reception and the answer was “sorry, it happens”. We are never going there again."
