Enjoyed the updated rooms. There was a place to hang your clothes but it was in the common area of the room and not in a closet. There wasn't much space for your hygiene inventory on the bathroom countertop. However, the room was GREAT with the latest updates. If you need to iron, go ahead and order one during your checkin.

Everyone was welcoming and so helpful when we ran into an issue. The receptionist was very nice when we checked in and also had our cards reactivated when we had to switch cards to hold and pay for the rooms. They were quick and efficient. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and it was very quite and clean

Absolut perfekt nur zu empfehlen leider kein aber ganz in der gibt es Planet Fitness Fuer 11 Dollar die Woche und öffnet mo,-fr um 04.00 am WE um 5:00 Hotel im sehr guten Zustand Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend

Very nice clean room, very comfortable bed, pillows were so so , very nice breakfast they have so much to chose from even for picky eaters 🧇 all in all very very nice 😊 would so recommend and come back … we only stayed one night due to we are just traveling for our honeymoon ❤️

I enjoyed staying at Microtel Inn in Hot Springs. The bathroom was small, so it might be an issue with bathing small children and maneuvering, but the room and bathroom were both very clean. The floors are not carpeted (which I prefer). The breakfast had plenty of options, and I liked that the coffee area was separate from the breakfast area. It created a better flow. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful, and the rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and greeted us each time we entered the lobby. The breakfast was very good. The property was well lit and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe in the area it was located.

I cannot say enough great stuff about this hotel. You cannot beat the location or the price. The staff is phenomenal and the rooms are always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good too.

Fun weekend with going to listen to our friends that was playing at Pop’s in Oaklawn. We rode the shuttle over which was an added bonus. Bed was very confortable. Great night sleep. We will stay there again.
