Room was updated to some degree. The bathroom was divided into 2 parts where there was a shaving and makeup area and the other area was the shower and toilet behind a door. I never liked entering a room from outside but felt safe doing it from here. The customer service was the best I've ever seen and I've seen a lot.

Can't say enough good things about Winners Circle Best Western in Hot Springs.Front desk personnel are so friendly,courteous and helpful.Complimentary breakfast is fabulous.Housekeeping personal are very friendly and helpful and guest rooms are always very clean and accommodating

The best best Western we’ve stayed at everyone that worked there extremely helpful and very willing to do what they could to make your stay the best. It is A1 place. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was the very best we’ve ever had at the Lady serving again was overly willing to do everything she could to make sure you got enough to eat.

Loved our stay at Winner' Circle, convenient to racetrack/casino and the best little bar in Hot Springs, Crosswalk's!The check in is so easy, rooms are great. Breakfast ladies are the best! Always hot and very good. Everyone is just do nice! Beds are very comfortable too

Everything was great.. room was nice, The Staff was wonderful, The breakfast was great, Really friendly people..in Motel and breakfast room We like staying at this Motel. Would rate it a 10 if possible, great location from where I want to visit 😊

I was amazed at the breakfast offerings by Alisa and Julie? They included homemade cinnamon rolls, which were wonderful! Kudos to you hard working, talented ladies! The rooms were also updated and very clean. We had a very nice stay, but might choose to do it next time... when it wasn't biker week in Hot Springs?!

Clean, comfortable room, excellent Front Desk service and the hot breakfast was great. A special thanks to Alisa Jolie. She handled the preparation, serving and busing with a smile. She also recommended places to visit. We are planning to visit again next year for vacation.

The beds are very comfortable. The property was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Great get away. The location was central to everything we needed. Breakfast is wonderful. I found plenty of things to choose from.

Awesome place close to the downtown area. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast is a must, lots of variety. Every staff member was polite and attentive. Special kudos to the 2 ladies preparing and working the breakfast!!!!! This will always be my go to place when visiting Hot Springs
