"The check-in lobby is beautiful, and the entire hotel is stunning. The breakfast restaurant on the 11th floor is also lovely, and the food selection is excellent. Our connecting room for a family of four offered incredibly beautiful views, including a glimpse of the bustling Sukhumvit commercial district in the distance. The 27th floor has a swimming pool and game room; the city and sunset views from the pool are also gorgeous. The gym is on the 28th floor. Next to the hotel on the ground floor, there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven in the adjacent office building, and the 50th floor features a restaurant with a view. The hotel's location is convenient for visiting Siam, Central shopping malls, or the Sukhumvit commercial area. One Bangkok is directly opposite, and just one stop away are the Dusit Thani hotel and mall. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The location is very convenient as it is just a stone's throw away from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. My original booking was for jacuzzi room but it was under maintenance when I arrived. They did upgrade me to a bigger room. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. There are great food options from cafes to local food. And Terminal 21 is just a 5 minute walk away. The quickest way from the airport if you are traveling light i.e. Carryon luggage is to take the airport rail to Makkasan Station and walk to Phetchaburi MRT. Take one station to Sukhumvit MRT use the skywalk at Asok BTS towards Nana BTS and take the stairs down on the right. After that, it's just a 2 minute walk to the hotel."

"I stayed here last April for NCT WISH Concert in BITEC. When I got here the staff assisted me with my luggage. Please take note that they are required to have a deposit upon checkin which will be return immediately upon checkout. It has two building and the security is nice. The room is spacious and has the amenities I like. It has counter table, mini sofa, TV, cabinet, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink. Im not sure if its the same with others. The area is calm, quiet and windy. Theres a nearby convenience store and food stalls and market. I would totally love to stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit of a distance from the BTS station and 7-11. The area feels quite safe, away from the hustle and bustle. It has a kitchen and washing machine, and they even provide dish soap and laundry detergent, which is a thoughtful touch. The room is cleaned daily and is quite tidy, but you need to remind them to restock essentials like tissues. The hotel linens are a bit old. The safety chain on the door lock was broken. The hot spring bath at the hotel is a big plus; it's very relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking."

"The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport, with an excellent location right next to the MRT Rama 9 station, just a two or three-minute walk away. You can see the subway station sign on the wall when you exit the hotel elevator and turn left – it's really close, right outside the mall. The hotel service is great; they deliver luggage to your room and explain the breakfast and pool hours. They're very patient and prompt in resolving any issues. Breakfast is good too, and the Pad Kra Pao (stir-fried basil rice) we ordered from the hotel restaurant was especially delicious. We also got a free upgrade to a deluxe sky-view room on the 26th floor!"

"First off, the hotel's location is impeccable. It's right near the Erawan Shrine and major shopping districts, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding great food. As soon as you step inside, the lobby is very spacious with plenty of seating, providing a comfortable place for guests to relax while checking in or waiting. This made a fantastic first impression. The hotel's public facilities are definitely a highlight! The pool on the 35th floor is huge, offering expansive views and an absolutely stunning panorama. Watching the sunset here in the evening is incredibly romantic. In the evening, I highly recommend visiting the jazz bar on the 45th floor; the atmosphere and ambiance are superb. Listening to music while enjoying Bangkok's charming night skyline is absolutely the best way to unwind. The dining experience was even more surprising. The renowned and authentic 'Man Wah' restaurant is conveniently located on the hotel's lobby level, so you don't have to go far to enjoy high-quality, exquisite Chinese cuisine and dim sum. Both the refinement and taste are truly commendable! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed both the convenience and the hardware facilities. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!"

"The room was spacious, featuring a mini-bar, a dressing room, and a cleverly concealed space for the washing machine. The water pressure was excellent, and the large bathtub filled up quickly. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order items, hot dishes, desserts, bread, fruit, and salads; the menu varied slightly each day during our four-night stay. A shuttle bus conveniently departed every hour to the shopping mall. The swimming pool was large, with a separate children's splash pool. The location was convenient, surrounded by many chain massage parlors and convenience stores. The hotel staff were all very friendly. My family had a wonderful experience; it's very family-friendly, and we will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed 2x weeks, it’s Located at 7-10 mins walks to Pom Phrong BTS, which is a big far in case of rainy days or at afternoon which could be scorching hot. But hotel provide half hourly shuttle which complimented this inconveniences. The only problem is limited seat for shuttle🫠, only single shuttle. If you missed have to wait another 30mins or walk back or take Grab😔. There is onsen inside the hotel which make this hotel very very special to me. I truly enjoy and like the onsen features. Another stood out thing is the social Night event every Monday-Wed evening, for an hour free flow of drinks and snacks, something impressed me, unique for this hotel. Though I did not patron every single day. I ate out every night regardless of this, it is a nice place to chill and socialise there. In-room washer make the long stay very pleasant and convenient, so as plenty of drinking water provided. There is no scenery view from hotel due to its location. The breakfast is average , where in some days below average. I truly enjoyed almost daily their swimming pool and onsen, just the operating hours only start at 7am which is a bit late. If could start at 6am instead would be perfect, else it will be a bit rush after use , prior go to work at 8am. The services was excellent. I would rate it 4 star instead , gates by its location and breakfast spread/ food. Aside from this they deserve 4.5star. Will stay again in future if visit BKK again. Oya, there is mini Japanese grocery minimart below the hotel, provide almost most of daily necessities, if you need it. There is pharmacy and 7-11 in opposite road and Tops besides it. Few atas massage shop near by with higher price, further down to BTS you could find cheaper one."
