"The hotel's ski package is really great value for money, and the hotel environment is also nice. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, there's a shuttle bus, so it's not too bad, and you hardly have to wait. The ski slopes are plentiful but the number of people is moderate, and there are always staff members in the ski equipment hall to help you. The skiing experience is excellent. The hotel rooms have basic amenities, and the heating is very strong and warm, but they are extremely dry. The breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the included hot spring tickets are a good deal; soaking in the hot spring after skiing is very relaxing. However, the service needs improvement. The shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station is infrequent, and the time and location are unreliable. They said it would depart at 3 PM, but when I asked the hotel staff if it was on time, they weren't sure. When I walked over and saw the bus arrive, it drove off without waiting a second, which was quite frustrating."

"It was a bumpy but satisfying accommodation experience. We drove all the way from Shanhaiguan to get here. After dinner, it was almost ten o'clock. We were here to say sorry to the hostess for disturbing us so late. The hostess was very attentive and gave us the location and directions. I like the decoration style when I stay. It has complete facilities and is clean (you can tell it's very clean just by looking at the toilet). I like the shower and shampoo and shower fragrance the most (ps: it smells good). There's also a small balcony where we can sit and bask in the sun. It's a pity for us. I checked in too late and didn't have time to experience it. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."

We were given a hot spring pass upon check-in, but we had to use it before checking out; otherwise, the pass would expire. We went the morning of our second day, which was a bit tight. There's a fruit picking garden about a ten-minute drive from the hotel, so it's nice to go there after the hot springs."

The bathroom supplies are 5 star standard. The bathrobe is very new and comfortable. 310 also includes breakfast and double hot springs. Although the hot springs are not very festive, they have everything, indoor and outdoor. Children play in the water area, the restaurant provides free ginger tea, a bowl of ginseng chicken soup and four free fruits, and the water is really mineral water, very good"
