"I had a great stay here! First off, I have to praise its fantastic location. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There's also a mall next door, and after some evening shopping, you can pop over to the nearby Ship House Night Market for some snacks – it's a paradise for foodies and shoppers! The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the decor was simple yet elegant, making me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. I slept soundly through the night, without any of that typical discomfort in an unfamiliar environment. What really surprised me was how well-equipped the hotel was with daily necessities. From toiletries to slippers and hangers, everything was provided, and they even had an iron! No need to lug around a big suitcase full of stuff – it was incredibly thoughtful. The entire place was clean and tidy, and the 24-hour hot water supply was consistently stable. Whenever I had questions or issues, the front desk was always helpful and communicative. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the location, facilities, and service! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"This hotel is in a perfect location, right across from Mixc mall and close to local parks and basketball courts. The hotel may be hard to find but I have attached a photo of the doors to go through, then go to the 25th floor. Pool was not in use during our stay which was a bit disappointing."

"This is an excellent hotel! The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was top-notch. I had a very satisfying stay, and the hotel environment is also very pleasant. The front desk lady was particularly kind and even upgraded my room for free. I chose this hotel randomly after seeing its high reviews, and I will definitely be back. Every staff member is so enthusiastic, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bedding was also very clean and tidy. Plus, there's a pool where you can relax, and the bath was super comfortable. "You can enjoy a luxurious 'staycation' for just 300 RMB! I was amazed, incredibly satisfied. The hotel is located right at the foot of Xishan Mountain. Some room types offer direct views of Dianchi Lake, while others come with private courtyards. I truly enjoyed waking up to such private greenery, a perfect place to relax, daydream, and fully immerse myself. I booked this last-minute for New Year's Day. When a room became available, I wanted to upgrade, and the hotel staff proactively upgraded me for free. I absolutely loved the small room with a courtyard. Listening to the wind, watching the sun, and daydreaming – it made even going to work feel pleasant! My mom went ahead of me, and I'm very grateful to the hotel for helping with her reception and guidance. Not only did they assist with her check-in, but the service in general was excellent. Also, friends, don't worry about it being far from the city center. I honestly think Xishan is the happiest place in all of Kunming. Recommended Itinerary 1️⃣: Spend a whole day at Xishan. You can overlook all of Kunming and see many, many migrating seagulls. Stay until sunset, it's absolutely stunning (there are private cars at the South Gate to take you back to the hotel; don't just walk blindly, as walking at night can be a bit scary). Recommended Itinerary 2️⃣: Take the cable car down from Xishan, which leads directly to Haihong and Haigeng. I personally prefer Haihong; Haigeng Dam is practically a street full of live streamers. For other areas in the old city, the subway and taxis are also very convenient. Finally, I will definitely be back!! P1-3 are views from the hotel's internal observation deck. P3-6 are the views you wake up to right from your room. Highly recommend 817 – it's incredible, super beautiful, and private. You can completely immerse yourself and daydream, nobody will see you, so you can truly be yourself. I was blissfully happy. P7 onwards are all Xishan scenery. Climbing up there is truly worth it."

"I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time."

"The room rate was reasonable, and the room itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with smart controls for curtains, lighting, and air conditioning. It was clean, well-arranged, and the bedding was comfortable. I stayed for two consecutive nights. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom had no place to hang or put clothes, lacking hooks or shelves, which was quite inconvenient. The hairdryer was excessively loud and piercing; I didn't dare use it for fear of disturbing neighboring guests and it definitely needs to be replaced. Also, disposable toilet seat covers were not provided, though luckily, I had brought my own. Finally, I found items left by the previous guest in the room and had to call the front desk to have them removed. Overall, it's quite good, and with a few improvements, it would be excellent."

"First of all, it's not a hotel; it's more of a hotel-style B&B. However, that doesn't detract from the excellent service. The rooms are perfect for a family trip, easily accommodating two adults and two children. The hot spring bath is also very nice, and the small garden is stunning. The service is truly exceptional. There's really nothing wrong with it. The only downside is that the breakfast doesn't quite match the excellent service...it feels a bit out of place. The parking lot couldn't be bigger; it wouldn't be worthy of such high-end rooms."
