It is located in the center of Myeong-dong, so it is very easy to access. It provides a simple daily cleaning and provides additional (linen, wash) service when staying for more than 3 days. There are various subways and buses, so it is easy to move around for various Korean cultural experiences such as Jongno and Changgyeonggung Palace in Seoul. It is located on the 3rd and 4th floors without elevators. We provide amenities, water, etc. for free.
"This was my daughter's first trip to Korea, right after she graduated from high school. The hotel was quick and polite in responding to my email inquiries. We were able to leave our luggage secured in the stairwell (though I was a bit worried leaving it unattended for a while) and head out for sightseeing. The location was super convenient, on the 3rd or 4th floor, roughly across from the Starbucks at the post office. There was a new building under construction right in front of us. When we checked in, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage. On the way out, I had a lot of bags and had to make two trips, which was tough, but it's great that there's a 7-Eleven a few doors down and plenty of other convenience stores, plus it's right off the main street, so no complaints there. I felt safe even coming back late at night. The double-glazed windows kept the outside noise out, but since our room was near the stairwell entrance on the 3rd floor, we could hear other guests locking and unlocking their doors in the hallway, which was a bit bothersome. The shower worked fine without any issues, though the water tended to pool a bit at our feet. It was nice to have shared towels and water available, and the amenities were well-stocked, the hairdryer had good power, and the tea and kettle were appreciated. The refrigerator, however, didn't work; it wouldn't cool anything. I managed by putting ice from 7-Eleven in a cooler bag for yogurt and drinks. We pushed the twin beds together and had a comfortable 'girls' night,' feeling right at home. The price was reasonable, the location was convenient, and there wasn't a large lobby like in bigger hotels, so we could get to our room quickly. The compact layout, with the restroom right nearby, was actually a relief for our tired feet after a lot of walking. There was no room cleaning service. We learned to hang towels in the bathroom to keep the floor from getting wet and uncomfortable. It's also a good idea to put trash bins and slippers outside the room. The self-service check-in/check-out machine was great, allowing us to do it at our own pace. I'd definitely want to stay here again."

"Really love the cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality given by the employees there. Breakfast was simple yet filling!! The location is really central to two subway stations (myeongdong and euljiro-1).
I think clearer instructions could be given for using the washing machines and dryer. The price of it could be slightly lowered if possible."

"I really liked this hostel. The room although big was well equipped with lockers big enough for backpacks which I liked and spaces for suitcases. 3 showers and toilets and spare downstairs. The common space was very big with a lot of space. The washing is free just a cost for the dryer which I think is another great touch. The location is perfect it’s a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The staff were helpful and friendly and it was a lovely stay."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Jongno 5(ga) Station and Gwangjang Market. The twin room is quite small, barely enough space to open luggage, but it's clean and perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. The bed is very high, you almost have to jump to get onto it, but I imagine it's elevated to create space underneath for luggage. Despite its height, it was very comfortable to sleep on. I could faintly hear noises from adjacent rooms, but it wasn't bothersome. There's a kitchen on the third floor with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and food like bread, available for guests to enjoy anytime. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. There's no elevator, so carrying a suitcase up and down to our fourth-floor room was a bit of a workout. Although I didn't use it, there's a stylish cafe on the first floor. Overall, it was a good hostel."

"Extremely well located, and despite its central location in the heart of Myeongdong and being close to the subway, it was very quiet at night. Check in took a while as the reception takes every guest personally to their own rooms to give a thorough explanation of services and amenities. I was worried I’d be cold in the room but the heating is excellent - quiet and efficient. Breakfast is self serve - you cook your own eggs and make your own toast and cereal. The microwave and pantry was greet for late night noodles and snacks! Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shops nearby - you can eat and shop till you drop! A great stay and I will definitely be back again. Thank you Ara125!"

"This place is a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong, located on a sloped street, surrounded by guesthouses and hostels.
The bathroom has the typical Korean setup where the shower head is attached to the sink faucet. Compared to the extremely cramped bathrooms you find in Seoul or Gangnam, this one is actually a bit more spacious. However, you do have to hold the showerhead the entire time, and of course, the toilet seat gets wet. The hot water runs nice and hot, though.
The room itself is quite spacious, and the towels were fluffy. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, and there's a hairdryer in the room, but no other amenities.
There was a power strip with Japanese outlets and USB ports, which was very convenient.
The kitchen also has a water dispenser. While there wasn't any coffee or tea, they did have instant cup noodles available for when you get a bit peckish."

"For budget wise, consider good. The place also is clean and quiet.
But a few comment,
The place a bit mess with the hostel stock which is less impressive. So not a cozy and spacious hostel.

"I'd say it was pretty good. I left the concert at Inspire around 9:30 PM, and the homepage said the front desk closed at 10 PM. After a lot of hesitation, I finally mustered the courage to call. My English was a bit broken, but the person on the other end seemed fluent; they just said 'okay' and then promptly hung up. It was hilarious!
When I arrived, there was a small note taped to a window on the first floor with self check-in instructions, listing my name and room number.
As for the water heater, I'd read reviews saying there was no hot water, but after letting it run for a bit, hot water surprisingly came out! Hot water is to the left, marked with a small red dot. The temperature wasn't as hot as I'd like, but it was definitely better than cold water!!!
There were no disposable toothbrushes, but I brought my own. They provided two large bottles of shampoo and shower gel.
I had to study the light switch for a while; at first, I didn't understand it and was afraid to press anything randomly. I ended up using Papago to translate it.
I didn't encounter any staff during my entire stay, which was perfect for an introvert like me."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the beds are quite firm and not very comfortable. The pillows are old and didn’t provide much support.
The service, however, was excellent—staff were very diligent, kind, and helpful. Guests are supposed to bring out their own towels and garbage, but they even offered to help with that, which I really appreciated.
They have free washing machine that was a plus!
Breakfast was good. At first, I thought it would just be bread and spreads, but they actually offer a decent variety that changes daily, which is quite nice for a small hostel. But you have to wash your own dishes after you done.
Overall, would I recommend it? Yes, especially for people who don’t mind compact rooms. Would I stay here again? Probably yes, but I really hope they improve the bedding."

GGuest UserForgot to take photos, but the hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's very clean and smells great, no weird odors at all. The front desk staff are really friendly and can communicate in English, and we were even able to check in a bit early. The only minor downside is that the room isn't huge, but for two people with not much luggage, it's perfectly fine. Recommended!

-Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms)

GGuest UserAlthough check-in was late, I was able to store my luggage and didn't mind the late return. Since it was a premium room, I was glad to have a bathtub, but when I drained it, the water flowed all the way to the toilet, so I only used the shower the next day. The toilet paper was flushable.
Unusually for Korea, I received a bag with a toothbrush and amenities at check-in. Yeongdeungpo Station is about 10 minutes away, and Yeongdeungpo Market Station is just under 10 minutes, but the bus stop is close by, making bus travel easy. It's right off the main street, so I wasn't scared even late at night.

GGuest UserThe microwave in the lobby and the spacious room were great. There was plenty of space, so even with two of us, we didn't feel cramped with our luggage. The staff were super friendly and wonderful! We stayed for two nights with my friend and had a peaceful stay without any noise or issues.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby.
However, the air conditioning unit in the room couldn't provide heating. In spring, when the weather fluctuates so much, heating is actually quite necessary.
Also, both the duvet and sheets had stains on them. I hope they check them after washing before making the bed, as the stains were very obvious.

GGuest UserThe bed in room 135 was narrow and small, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. No extra bed could be added, and an extra blanket cost 15,000 Korean Won. The facilities were basic. The bathroom had a heated bidet toilet seat. The toilet was prone to clogging, but when I called the front desk, a service staff member came up immediately to fix it. A lot of waste wouldn't flush, but the maintenance person fixed it in five minutes, and it was perfectly clean. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. The staff were polite, friendly, and efficient. The location was very convenient. The pressure cooker in the picture contains stewed rice, which was quite tasty.

JJadeyCMy third stay and this time round trying the Deluxe Dbl Room w no windows, which didn't bother me at all normally except they turn on heating which made the room extra stuffy since imo the weather wasn't very cold. The ventilation fan was also not working in the bathroom.
Luckily, there was a dehumidifier that kept some air circulation. I obviously couldn't leave the door open, so I just barely slept through the night. Luckily this time I only stayed one night.
Apart from this small incident, everything is still good, cleanliness, amenities, location etc etc.
The size of this room is really just nice as compared to the single room. There is a table, stool and fridge.
Will still recommend and definitely will return next trip.

There is a convenience store right next to the hotel, and there are 24-hour restaurants nearby, so it's convenient.
A refrigerator, dryer, and smartphone charger are provided in the room.(i-phone&type-c only)
If there is no staff at the front desk when you check in, you will need to obtain your room number using sns.
As others have written, the cleaning situation leaves room for improvement.
However, you will be able to stay at a very reasonable price, so I think it would be a good idea to bring slippers and other things to make up for the parts of the floor that are not well cleaned.
