O quarto tem fraca ventilação natural , há sempre um odor a mofo . Devem fazer algumas reformulações de forma a resolver este problema . Também em termos de serviço de pequeno almoço devem usar nas mesas toalhas e não servir o pequeno almoço nas mesas de vidro diretamente

Empfang: freundlich, herzlich und kinderlieb! Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war so freundlich, wir fühlten uns Willkommen. Blick auf Hafen und Pico wirklich toll! Sicherlich sind die Mauern voller Geschichte und Teile des Holzes kann davon berichten, bisher jedoch kein Grund zu „typisch“ Deutsch zu sein!

Very good location in the middle of the town and Harbour. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and had a great view towards Pico and the Harbour. You felt the old Pousada but in a positive way, combined with airconditioned rooms and an outdoor pool Wochenende enjoyed.

Nous apprécions le concept de séjourner dans un bâtiment historique, idéalement situé sur le port de plaisance, avec une vue majestueuse sur le Pico, à côté du Peter's bar et à 800 mètres de la délicieuse plage calme de Porto Pim. Pour répondre aux commentaires négatifs que j'ai pu lire ci dessous : il n'y a vraiment aucune difficulté à se garer à Horta, même en pleine saison touristique, donc ce n'est vraiment pas grave si le parking de l'hôtel est plein. Les açoriens vivent et font la fête dans les même lieux que les touristes, pendant mes 2 semaines aux Açores j'ai fréquemment rencontré cela. Ce n'est pas un problème, il y a d'autres lieux de restauration à Horta et Porto Pim, même si je recommande le restaurant de l'hôtel. Notre chambre était grande, avec une terrasse et vue sur Pico ; la petite piscine, très agréable. Bar un peu cher. Petit déjeuner très bon ( le meilleur de nos 2 semaines), avec fromage des açores, jus de fruits frais, pasteis de nata, omelette. Je recommande cette adresse qui me semble une valeur sûre à Horta.

Só possível pelo envolvimento de toda a equipa da pousada liderada pelo Sérgio Dias que, desde o primeiro dia, mostrou todo o entusiasmo e gosto em nos proporcionar o dia mais feliz das nossas vidas. Experiência incrível. Realizamos o nosso casamento na Pousada e só temos pontos positivos a partilhar. O staff foi sempre 5 estrelas, sempre disponível em ajudar e empenhado em ultrapassar imprevistos. Caso para dizer não existem problemas, apenas soluções. A estadia foi muito boa proporcionando uma excelente experiência a todos os convidados. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso, com vários produtos locais de qualidade. A Comida servida no evento estava excelente (parabéns à cozinha). Da nossa parte só temos de agradecer a todo o staff e em especial ao Sergio por toda a ajuda e empenho em tornar um dia memorável e uma experiência inesquecível.
