The hotel was full so there were many people at breakfast with no place to seat. Coffee machine didn’t have milk and the day after still didn’t have milk so couldn’t do my morning coffee.
Room wasn’t cleaned, only towels were changed and the bed was fixed, dirt and things on the carpet and floor were left untouched.
The room was big and condemnable. We did get a room with a connecting door and we could hear the other family in the room.
The stay was just ok.

Everything and Everyone was great!!! Breakfast was good. Had many different things to eat. It snowed while we were there. It was a clean. They cleaned our room and brought towels when we needed them

Extremely clean,friendly professional! ... Spacious rooms .. bars in the bathtub ...nice pool ... Extremely pleasant .. ice breakfast ... Can't really say enough about this hotel ...every hotel should be like this on. Would highly recommend!

This establishment is fairly new and very clean and comfortable. The lobby area is very welcoming as a place to sit with friends and family. There are ample breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed the hot beverage machine available all day and night. The pool was a comfortable temperature and very clean. Great hotel for a quick stop-over!

We always stay at Best Westerns because: (1) Nice, accommodating staff, (2) The rooms are always clean, (3) There is almost always free breakfast, indoor pool & free parking, and (4) We’ve NEVER seen or experienced bugs of any kind. This hotel was no exception.

A group of us, 4 senior adult couples, stayed here for two nights on our way from Maryland to Toronto. We used this hotel as the base to visit Watkins Glen and Ithaca. All four rooms were on the fourth floor and we were all pleased throughout our stay. The entire hotel was recently renovated. Everything was clean and functional. Our rooms were big, clean, nicely furnished, good beddings, and quiet. The front desk and breakfast staff were very polite and pleasant. The cleaning staff were very polite and smiled to us too. Highly recommended!

Good location from highway, stores / restaurants /nearby Rooms were clean with enough supplies. Pool was nice , as was the patio area where our little group met to chat. Staff was friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was good & a good variety
