We were pleasantly surprised to to be greeted by our host at the entrance to the property even though we were two hours later than expected!
This warm friendly welcome was just the beginning of an overall wonderful stay! We loved our room which was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, tea and cake on arrival and a chat with our host Robert, fresh milk provided daily for our hot drinks in our room. First class breakfast and great banter. To have met and stayed with Robert was an absolute joy and he made us feel very relaxed and well looked after in his gorgeous home - we look forward to visiting again.

Wow West Longridge Manor is the most beautiful place we have stayed in a long time, absolutely faultless. Robert is a gem, what a character and his tea and cake very welcome on arrival. Fabulous breakfast but the rooms are the star, so comfortable, high quality furnishings, beds and beautiful bed linens. A good central base to tour around, it’s only about a mile from the A1 and Berwick a five minute drive, St Abbs, Kelso and Holy Island not far at all and well worth a visit. You won’t regret booking here!

Fantastic property and the warmest of welcomes from Robert including coffee and cake. Beautiful en-suite room tastefully decorated. Breakfast was really good with a very decent choice.
Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay again if we are back in or near Berwick.

Fantastic B&B. Wonderful welcome on arrival. Rooms are luxurious, comfortable and clean. Lovely attention to detai. Host is amazing and loved his craic. Breakfast is superb. Felt relaxed and at home. Cuppa and cake on arrival. Host is first class. You must visit and stay here as its 10/10.

Lovely room, superb breakfast, wonderful host. Robert really does go above and beyond to make your stay first class, from coffee and cake on arrival to a friendly chat or a laugh over breakfast. Highly recommended.

Robert was very welcoming. We were met with a pot of tea and a slice of home made sponge. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and it felt like heaven to be in such a beautiful house.
