This hotel is rubbish, like a brutal gang in a movie. I kept banging on the door in my underwear. They told me that I had to check out at 11 o'clock. I said that they didn't tell me to check out at 11 o'clock when I checked in, and asked me to give them 30 minutes to pack my luggage. They told me in a very bad tone that they only had 5 minutes to pack their luggage and leave. I was ten minutes late, and they asked a gardener to kick me out. Oh my god, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this.

Lovely location, rooms well kept , staff friendly professional and attentive, the facilities were clean well kept and modern, spa treatment was excellent, the food at Losehill, was on another level and the chef should be congratulated, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was superb. It was a birthday treat for my partner and was a really memorable experience. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel was everything that we wanted - we knew that the weather might be a bit rubbish so it was really good that we were able to use the hot tub and sauna in the spa area (we didn't use the pool but it looked nice). We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and were very happy with both - there wasn't really anything that we'd have changed!

Excellent hotel
Hotel was excellent - it was great to be able to use the spa facilities (we used the hot tub and sauna but didn't use the pool) as when we were there the weather was rubbish. Dinner and breakfast were great too, as were the staff.
