The hotel is due for some updates for sure, however, the room cleaners do a great job and are totally accommodating and sweet. As well, front desk is always on their game, helpful and friendly. The lobby has an incredibly knowledgeable tour booking guide, Nikki “ the facilitator”. She has been at the job for 7 years and knows her stuff. The hotel location is so convenient….. .
Always lots to do and so many excellent restaurants in the hood….. good time had here!

It was great. The hotel is near the beach, which is one of the tourist attractions; and I did not have to use any public transportation to explore Hawaii within a short amount of time or day.

The hotel is too old, the furniture inside is very old, and many stains have not been cleaned effectively. The bathroom is cramped and small, and I often bump from side to side while taking a shower. I don’t know how to deal with it if a foreigner is bigger.
