衞生：洗澡間還有上一個住酒店的人，留下的襪子。
設施：洗澡洗一半，水就冷了。 隔音效果差，隔壁一晚上都在用水。暖氣片也不暖和。
環境：特別吵。
一點也不值290元。高德地圖上面222元。價格相差懸殊。

一進房間很大煙味兒，整晚散不了；要求加床被子結果前台冷漠的説晚上有暖氣，然鵝，暖氣片整晚冰涼；晚上下雨，雨水滴在外面金屬板上，一晚上很大的滴水聲，根本沒法睡；温泉酒店的温泉也沒有開放，早餐菜品冷冰冰的。

前台姐姐非常好，我們到的比較晚，主動給升級了氧氣房。

入住當天早上下雪，晚上7點過到的酒店，沒暖氣沒空調沒電熱毯，問前台，一問三不知，讓自己打電話找後勤，來了幾波人前後一個多小時也沒弄好，讓換房間，前台説衹剩兩，一個沒電視，另一個也不清楚有沒暖氣。最後將就選了暖氣未知的房間。想説國慶節都不做好準備嗎？再説衞生環境，衞生間門把手上面都是灰，更不要説角角落落。房間燈很暗。不推薦不推薦！！！
