I highly recommend this Hotel. The location is excellent. 5 minutes to the subway, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores right downstairs. It's near the river which has an awesome bike and running path on both sides. Excellent for runners or if you just want to go for a walk. The gym is also one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The concierge, Tommy, went out of his way to help me with some translation issues with my banking. I was upgraded to a river view room for free and the view, for Hong Kong, was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The location is a bit inconvenient to be fair, needs a fair bit of walking to get to public transport, in the HK heat it may be a problem. But generally the room is clean, place is nice. Honestly no complaints.

The location was excellent - many shops and restaurants nearby so there were lots of selection for food. Other shops such as groceries were also nearby. A few mins walk to the mtr station so was very convenient! The staff in general are polite and professional. Detergent is included in laundry service so you don't have to get your own! The bed was very comfy and we had very good sleep. The only thing that take away the experience, was the wifi connection was poor, so we needed to use our mobile data as we couldn't connect at all. However if I were to pick a hotel again, I may choose this one, for its great location which is accessible and quick to places like TST and Mongkok

Clean and enough supplies of necessary things.
Good offering for breakfast, breads and drinks.
Also coffee and tea for the whole days.
Receiption services are highly appreciated.
But the room cleaners pushed me very tight.
When the times up, she knocked my doors once again and again. Also the calls ring up after fifteen minutes then. They gave me so many pressure, Even I told her that fifteen minutes more.
By the way, the cleaners asked me when would me check out when I just went to the room. Besides, she
asked me when will I live here in the future time again.
I think that it should be kept confidential, and need not to ask me this questions.
It's made me unhappy feelings. Don't want to come again.

It's nicely located among tourist attractions, and easy to commute! I can walk around 300 m. to Trams or Subway (MTR). The view is not bad but far from the shore (I chose HK Harbour View Room), seeing only buildings barring your POV. The room space is okay. As we all know, room areas in Hong Kong should not be highly expected due to space limitations on the island. The amenities provided by the hotel are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, tissue paper, towels, and plastic glass in the toilet. No bottles of drinking water are prepared in the room, but you can buy them on the ground floor at vending machines/minimarts in front of the hotel/7-11 located slightly right deposit to the hotel. There also is a fridge but it isn't working, and the pool is out of service. The hotel should cross-check all the electronic appliances before letting guests inside the room. If they cannot be used or are out of service, they should let us know early. You can borrow a universal adapter from the staff who are friendly and service-minded. Food is okay and plain, nothing's fancy-just American buffet breakfast style like bread, yam, salted butter, milk, cereals, macaroni, ham, sausage, scrabbled eggs, and so on which are quite boring and tasteless.
However, I rate this hotel overall 7.5/10.

The best hotel experience I've had in Hong Kong! I'm not sure if they gave me a free upgrade or not, but the room was amazing! I was also on the 5th floor, right next to the free coffee and tea room.

1. Room: excellent facility with warm/welcoming staff, helped change room as the side panel got some issues (highlight: perfect mandarin/english, professional service to all guests no matter where she/he is from).
2. Service: room service was excellent. However, the spa staff was in the rush (we could obviously tell that she is running out of time, no pleasant farewell. The spa mean to be a luxurious experience while I feel there is much to improve in terms of presentation).
3. Restaurant: we had lunch at 8th floor restaurant twice, excellent food, outstanding staff and sophisticated service, sparked the stay.

Excellent
KKevinebinStayin at 606 room.
The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night.
And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma.
Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly.
Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
PPeggyMy mum stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks six years ago. In 2024, my mum, sister and I chose to stay here for 3 weeks. That's enough to express how we like it here: extremely well located, nice rooms, efficient and very friendly staff whether at the reception, in the cleaning service or in the kitchen! We love the Emperor Causeway Bay.
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
MMoody ElsaWe booked two seaview rooms. Both rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel western type breakfast and dinner were good value for money. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. Just one minor thing is the hotel doesn't provide water sports anymore. If you want to play you can ask the shops on the beach just one or two minutes walking distance beside the Resort. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and definitely will come again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
GGuest UserAs a visitor, this hotel is located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation and a moderate location!
During the day, you can visit Hong Kong’s landmarks such as the Space Museum or go shopping, and at night you can communicate and chat with friends when you return to the hotel!
You can sleep quietly at night. The hotel is well-equipped and the sanitary condition is good!
Visitors will also have a feeling of fun and never forget to leave!
Sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers!
