Such a lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much variety. Hotel was beautifully clean. Location was central to everywhere we needed to go and catching a DiDi was easy being on a main road. I couldn’t get my food delivery app working and the front desk boys let me order from their phones, just lovely. I don’t speak any mandarin but using a translator app isn’t a problem and some staff speak English. I received some free gifts and a beautiful checkout gift. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The hotel is in a great location, the guest relations department is professional and considerate, and I am very satisfied with the room I arranged in advance. The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a shopping mall and bath next to it. It is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods. Next time I come to Harbin, I will choose here again

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!

Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel room is very spacious, with two choices of soft and hard pillows, a comfortable mattress, and the hotel air conditioner can adjust the air conditioning, so you won't feel stuffy. The location is particularly good. When you go out, you will see Central Street and the Flood Control Monument. In front of you are the Songhua River, the Internet celebrity bridge, and the Songhua River Ice Amusement Park. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic! The hotel breakfast is also delicious, with many varieties, and the varieties are slightly different for two days.

I have been on business trips and stayed in many hotels. This is the first time I want to give a full score without hesitation. Whether it is service, hygiene, facilities, or environment, it is impeccable and gives people a VIP level of enjoyment. It feels like a four-star price platinum five-star level and service. Environment: The environment is really high-end, the room is black and white, noble and elegant. The hotel lobby on the 25th floor has a first-class view from the high-rise building. The hotel is even equipped with a telescope. Service: There are free coffee biscuits and high-end sofas in the lobby. There are also free afternoon tea and supper, fruit plates. Full of details. The hotel staff, whether from the guidance of the lobby on the first floor, the initiative to help with luggage, to the lady at the front desk, are very polite, careful and considerate. The breakfast is really rich, with both Chinese and Western dishes. Facilities: The facilities are complete, with a gym and a self-service laundry room. I will come again next time I come to Harbin.
