I can’t understand Cantonese well, so I can only use written words to communicate. You need a password to enter the door of the residence, and you need a different password to enter the 13th floor. It’s nice and quiet but slightly far from the metro station. However, there are two buses that go to metro station every 20 mins. There ain’t many shopping places nearby but like I said metro and rest of the things are 15 mins away by bus.

The location is excellent. There is a bus to the airport within a 1-minute walk.
After arriving at the residence, contact the landlord and ask him to tell you the door password.
