This is a very bad service hotel. We arrived at the hotel around noon. The staff did not greet us at all. They told us to come back at 2 pm. There were no rooms. They spoke bluntly (I understand this. We did not check in. We left our bags and went out for a long time.) They said there was no space. They made us stand still for a long time. There was no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, or shower cap in the room. There was no water. There was only one packet of tea and coffee for 1 person per day because there was no housekeeper to set it up. We stayed for 3 days. It was a very bad experience. The receptionist was not very willing to help. If anyone is thinking of staying at this hotel, think carefully. There are many other hotels in Hong Kong to choose from.
