Facilities: Basically everything is available, but Hong Kong doesn't provide disposable items, so you're advised to bring your own. Five-star hotel, but not comparable to mainland hotels, not smart. There's a water dispenser, but you need to buy mineral water yourself, the hotel doesn't have bottled water.
Hygiene: Generally clean, but you can't look too closely. Most of the hotels abroad are similar.
Environment: Convenient transportation, there's a bus station below, and there's also a university station subway. Sea view rooms have a view of the sea anyway.
Service: The guys at the front desk were pretty good. They said they'd upgrade me to a big room for free, but I said no. I don't need it since I live alone, so they gave me a high-rise sea view with a good view. There's nothing good to eat near the hotel. I came back late, so I basically ordered the hotel's meal delivery service. The taste was OK, and the price was the price of Hong Kong anyway.
